They soak the feet in warm water making the nails soft and easy to cut/remove. I guess that makes it less painful, plus his technique is amazing 💯

This is ridiculous. There are clips where other doctors work for twenty minutes or more with rotary tools, or even hook the sides of the nail with a damn wire and twist it to pull it back into place. Mr. Toenail takes, like, *five seconds* slicing along the edge of the nail, then *BOOM* - done.
...though I wonder what he'd do with one of those nails that is, like, half an inch thick.
