I love your living room and I think the wall with the bookshelf and door looks great just as it is. I painted my interior right before the grays became so popular, but I still love it. It is painted a very pale sage green and is a very warm, comforting color. ❤️
LOVE THE GRAY !
We redid our home almost twenty years ago and painted the living room in a very calming bluish grey color. Two years ago, I repainted and chose a darker shade of grey that gets darker as the day gets later. I still love it!

And I laughed out loud when you asked about the grey paint 😂 I painted everything in grey 3 years ago and now everyday I have been wondering if I should start repainting in white 🤣 I repainted our hallway in white few month ago and it looks so nice and bright - but I can’t pull the trigger yet as I am not sure if I will like it in the living room 🤣

Still love the color grey! I have dolphin grey in my living room walls. Love your home! Pumpkin spice is my favorite creamer but I have been using Cinnamon Dolce by Star Bucks and Toasted Marshmallow Mocha by Mate Creamer so good!!!

I love the gray walls with living in apartment I'm pretty much stuck with the wall color I have here which is like a very light yellow beige color I would love to have gray walls it would go so much better with my decor I've had white walls in the past I did not enjoy them they got so dirty and you literally see all the pollen and dust on them in the spring. The shiplap behind the fireplace would be amazing!

Our house was off white when we moved in about 15 years ago and it made me crazy...I needed color. I find the light grey is a nice backdrop for my decorating style. BYW I do like gray. I had a similar color to that one in my house and I found it very relaxing to the eyes. Now I live somewhere else and the colors are white and kinda off white and I still like it because it looks great with my Modern Farmhouse decor.

Iam getting into gray haveing white walls for 15 years mix it up recently and just painted my kicthen door and cabniets country gray without chaning my white walls pertty bold move but love it so far i think the shiplap wall behind your tv will be gorgeous and will add a good focal piont would look great with your grey walls a nice pop from the grey and i love the way your bookshelf and table and door look thag wall side looks amazing the way it is and how you staged it love it all 🥰

Great ideas thanks for sharing. We are in the middle of remodeling our home after 12 years 🙌🤪 we just finished floors and painting now. I love the grey color. We got San Antonio grey from sherman William it has a undertone of blue and I love it cause depending on how the light comes in it looks different. I’m also loving the farmhouse style so I’m starting to decorate and it can be overwhelming when u first start. I don’t have furniture yet so I’m looking for ideas. Thanks again!

I needed a refresh in the first floor of our home. I painted the walls Simply White and the trim and doors grey. Can’t remember the name of the grey. It’s bright and airy 🙂 by the way your home looks amazing!

Love your living room. So cozy just howI I would do mine. I am not a fan of gray, but I am leaning toward it. I am all over beige and brown. That has been my color scheme since 2003. I want to paint my walls Antique White, change out my 20 year old beige carpet to Luxury Vinyl Flooring to match my oak molding. The last thing I wanted was to get a sectional like yours. I picked out one from Ashley Furniture and I think it is like yours

Pretty home. Are you able to flip your chaise lounge cushion? If not try velcro to help with sliding. If you do flip it, try using some rubber type shelf liner to create friction. 😊
Your house is beautiful 🥰 Because you said you liked to match the two pictures (adorable) on either side of the tv, I have a Suggestion; think about adding a matching bookcase where your antique door is for symmetry on that wall. It will create balance with the two windows on either side of your fireplace.

Wow very nice. The wall with door & shelf looks GOOD evened out the wall space.donot change☺ Gray looks nice ? But it usally seems cold to me? Specially in the fall winter. We live at the beach so i usally love & have warm earth tones,burgundy, greens tans .my husband would go all battle ship gray if i let him. Thanks for shareing

Bought my townhouse in 2019 and the previous owner has a total of 6 different colors going on and 4 of those being different shades of gray....I actually like it, but I think I want to paint the living room white....but I’m still loving gray paint.
