Actually, the boss is really good except that he doesn't know how to manage the Korean culture despite he being a Korean, he had lots of ideas from overseas which is more updated. But the hotel staff doesn't appreciate what he has to offer. In a consumer's eyes, he did well as what the guest would. Actually I do inspect the sheets, sides of the sofa and look out for dirt, hair and grim when I stay in a hotel especially more so if its a 4star and above. After all you paid a decent amount per room night.
When it comes to the F&B, don't blame your CEO for coming up with many ideas, the chef and restaurant manager should know the food trends and even come up with some to present in addition to what the CEO had requested, they are not confident because he is intimidating as a CEO, but if you are confident in your dishes and does it well you should be confident enough to accept constructive critique.
The staff having this sort of mindset is bad for the hotel image and shows they lack professionalism.
And the panel of host!! YOU guys should just shut the mouth and criticise less because you know nothing about the hospitality trade.

looks like you never watch korean variety show or what. they are paid for that! This shows point is to shows that CEO what their employee thinks of them. he is great ceo but for me too narcistic (like getting greet by all employee at entrance, and keep repeating which one is his achievement but this kind of attitude giving bad example for their employee like we see here them wanting more credit), but overall he is a really good ceo
but you need to also remember that this ceo apply to this show, and with this show they get coverage and will getting more sales with the branding "CEO cares with the quality" or something like that

So because kbs world is eng subbed for viewers outside korea viu lost the license to sub boss in thr mirror and this show it would be competing against itself. So you need kbsworld or TVN asia

This boss is way better than other boss that came out in this show. Being in the hospitality industry is not easy. One negative comment from guests can change the trust of the company. He is seriously thinking about the consumers' experience. Every guest that enters the hotel is to be treated like a VIP whether the staff likes it or not. Hospitality industry is very heavily depended on people compared to other industries, in terms of service and quality.
For the hosts in the show, they are paid to press the buttons to make viewer rating go up. They mostly don't care and follows scripts that are given to them. There is no need to get angry at them as they are just being used as a scapegoat if the company gets complained by viewers. The company can just make them being the problem instead of themselves. Sometimes, what the hosts says are mostly 100% bullshit.

The octopus can make into fusion food like a crab cake and deep fried so it's will taste unique and have more crispy texture... So it will not use beef patty anymore and make the octopus more special

i dont agree, you know in the business world bosses need to be more serious. This boss here is doing his job really well. He has a point in everything he said even though sometimes he just over does it. The rooms were completely at false. I mean I wouldnt check in for a room that has left over chips in it. And ths boss is a chill boss.
