The list may go on about how strong Muichiro is. Those two would be nowhere NEAR the weakest demons if they ever became one. You could only really bet that the “weakest” demon would be Shinobu, but just because she is the weakest doesn’t mean that she is weak. Shinobu would still give a formidable battle, likely because her demon form would be based off of an insect. There are many, MANY insects that are poisonous and even more that are venomous. She would likely have a mix of both, which means RIP to Genya if he eats a piece of her.

He is arguably one of the most dangerous to become a demon. Not because of his strength, but because of his shinobi past. Thing about how it took him to find Upper 6 when no one else could. Imagine him hunting Hashira, and hiding from them too. Guy would be a beast. 7. Rengoku - He would possibly just burn his opponents, but also have sympathy for weak humans. 6. Muichiro - He has a demon slayer mark, so he's easily above the bottom 3. That goes for every Hashira above him too. However, if we let Muichiro train for a few more months or years, he would easily become number 2. Not as dangerous as Kokushibo, but close enough. 5. Mitsuri - Her blood demon art would probably give her a ton of sharp whips. Like Daki's but a million times worse. 4. Giyu - Waterbending 3. Obanai - Like Daki and Gyutaro, you'd have to decapitate both him and his snake to kill him. And good luck with that... 2. Sanemi - The most angry and brutal of the Upper Ranks 1. Gyomei - Don't even try to fight him. If he has that much skill with a freaking mace and axe chained together, good luck dodging his blood demon art. If Muichiro becomes fully trained, I still would keep Gyomei at number 1. The reason is because Muichiro is Koku's descendant, and Koku has been fighting for hundreds of years. Therefore, it would take an incredibly long time for Muichiro to get on his level. Meanwhile, Gyomei, while unmarked and not using transparent world, was fighting Kokushibo... With a weapon that is incredibly hard to use. If this man has this much skill as a human, with those disadvantages, then imagine him as a demon. Imagine how much control and precision he'd have over his blood demon art. He was literally considered a peak human. He'd probably be able to challenge Muzan (and possibly Yoriichi too).

I've always figured sanemi's blood art would have something to do with wind blades to dice up his opponents or poisonous blood that causes negative effects on humans when spilled. I can't imagine him finding it enjoyable throwing people away from fights and then having to chase them down. He always seems eager to jump into chaos to slice up demons so I think that eagerness would carry over and influence what abilities he would gain. Another thing of note is that he hates demons for what they do to humans. That and protecting his brother are the reasons he fights. He might limit his killings because of this resulting in less power. The best demons are strong but corruptible humans. I think to answer this question you should look at each hashira's motivation and personality. Even the strongest blood art is beatable if wielded badly and left weak. Someone with strong hatred for demons and those with strong moral objections might restrict themselves resulting in less power. I'd say it's more complicated than how strong their breathing is as humans.
Not too sure about this take… If Gyomei became a demon Muzan would likely remove his memories like with Hakuji, making him as cruel as Muzan wants. But even if he kept his personality, sure he’s kind, however that has never stopped him from winning fights, I don’t really get why being kind is a disadvantage. I think being kind-hearted under muzan would get them killed and it sort of makes sense. If they were truly kind-hearted aftwe transformation, they'd end up with the destiny to betray muzan or be killed by him and with their combat ability they wouldn't be allowed to disappear like the others

Might not be the case. An example of this is that Akaza was such a nice guy as a human compared to Hantengu who was a serial killer I think. Also all the hashira could have broken abilities. Gyomei could chuck a mountain at you. Sanemi could make tornados. Rengoku could use fire. Obanai could become Orochimaru. Muichiro could become Smoke from MKX. I think muichiro would be the strongest, it’s already said that if he lived longer he would be one of the or the strongest hashira. If he became a demon he’d have centuries to perfect his breathing style and grow stronger. For his bda I think It would probably be something that either poisons people with poison clouds or that just blinds people with mist clouds. I'd bet on tengen, the guy is already a ninja and comes from a group which had training so hard that out of all his many siblings only him and one of his brothers made it, the guy took on an upper rank without a red blade or a demon slayer mark. It was made pretty clear from abducting the girls he doesn't mind using the innocent (add a muzan blood cocktail and he'll be killing thousands, and we all know that the strength of the demon is proportional to their consumption of human flesh (plus he's a reasonably tall guy so he would probably pack away a bit))
Honestly, I feel like gyomei blood demon art mixed with his breathing style would end up being something kind of similar to earth benders from avatar the last Airbender and I feel like that would be a hard counter to senemis wind powers, so I feel like Yomi would still be the strongest if you think his powers would be like that

idk but id feel like tengen would be the strongest 😅 just because of how explosive his fighting style is, maybe his bda can create bombs or explosions out of thin air mixed his sound breathing and blow his opponents away (literally 😂) OR he can manipulate sound, since sound is ‘untouchable’ it will be very hard for an opponent to find a way to deflect the attack/defeat tengen (it would be really cool to see him manipulating sound with explosions since explosions are really loud) i feel like the weakest would be shinobu again i feel like her bda would be the same as that spider guy with the human head in rui’s family yes she can poison the opponent BUT you could defeat her within the time you got poisoned when zenitsu got poisoned by the spider guy, he easily recovered (but thats with shinobus medicine.. 😨🤔)

I think muichiro would be the strongest, it’s already said that if he lived longer he would be one of the or the strongest hashira. If he became a demon he’d have centuries to perfect his breathing style and grow stronger. For his bda I think It would probably be something that either poisons people with poison clouds or that just blinds people with mist clouds.
