This was taped from the original broadcast which was recorded as 60i. I had captured the video from that tape as DV-AVI years back which preserved the 60i motion info. More recently when youtube started supporting 60p video I ran the file trough ffmpeg and had it de-interlace the video using yadif2x which best preserves both motion and spacial resolution and had it upscale to 720p at the same time (since 60p video has to be a minimum of 720p on youtube). So the fluidity of the motion is from the original broadcast, not something added or faked through software like motion interpolation.
