I was hoping you figure out the problem before butchering the original cable. The body shop forgot to connect a ground wire when they did their repairs. So you have a loose or missing ground wire.
Hello My car has similar problems turn signals wipers reverse lights horn won't work and high speed cooler fan full time. Do you think the problem come from the same as yours? thanks in andvanced.
Many thanks for your answer! yes because one of the problem is the OBDII wont accept any scanner it has power but with 4 differents always is "link error" in fact the car was won't start but I just for curios did unplug the maf sensor and it start and just unstcuk the car manually and drove the car 80mph with lots of meessages in dash come back home turn off the car the restart and all the messagens gone shiffter work good. but like I said Now wipers turns signals etc won't work by the way if I plug on again the maf sensor car suthoff :(@@Usmanthemecano
Ok I'm not sure what the circuit looks like on that car but usually it could mean that the maf sensor is bad and is potentially shorting out the 5v reference perhaps... try a new maf

Usually a fan that's on with key on Indicates a "No communication with engine computer". You'll need a professional to diagnose that issue
