No, Return to Zero doesn't reverse time.. It's like the difference between pressing rewind on a tape vs skipping to a timestamp in a video, it technically is before it happened but like with skipping to a timestamp there is no time that passes between you at one point and you at the next point, unlike Bites the Dust. This is hella confusing but yeah

It can negate the Effect which is Bite The Dust and remain the Cause where Kira was about to activate Bite The Dust. Also, it can affect Willpower aswell. Anything that doesn't resists/nullify/overwrite(DIO lol) the Cause and Effect, it's over. (Nice, this is the exact comment i saw last time, you definitely paste this.)
