I also had the same believe until I reconsidered the topic from other point of view. The bible says the body returns to the earth after death and the Spirit to the Lord. The bible also tells us about the after death and what happens to people. Some passages in the bible describes the dead in an activity. It doesn't talk about their body but it speaks of their spirit/soul depending on their usage in the context. The deads do not cease to exist but they don't take part in the activities of this world.

Joshua Selman is a motivational preacher. He quotes one scripture and talk through out his sermon. You can't crorrect a doctrine with empty words, if damina is wrong brings scriptures and correct his errors. His teachings are for pastors not for believers who are still young they will stumble.
