They don't understand that doing more with less is a way more important skill in almost everything. Gilmour wrote way more impressive solos than Kirk can even dream of while leaving large spaces to breath and playing very slow in comparison.
Then not actually give your opinion in your musical/review til the end of your video, and end up saying “well it was a little full of itself but I liked it”

He has an excellent catalogue as well, with Acid Rap and Colouring Book being two A-to-S-tier projects. His 2018 singles, TLOP and KSG work and 2019 features show the man can rap, he just went for a dance album and unfortunately failed. Even if you don't like The Big Day (which I really don't as a huge Chance fan), it's still a very happy project. The Doug Walker album is a bad attempt at parodying something that doesn't need to be parodied.

He has enough money to feature better production than he does. There are smaller TH-cam channels with better production values, partly because some of them have actual education about film, or a real passion for it even without a formal education in it. In addition, the waste of talent that goes into some of his videos is kind of amazing. He has Corey Taylor, and whoever did the animation for The Wall, and what does he do? Has Corey Taylor only do a cover of Spongebob rather than having the famous vocalist do the vocals for the actual songs (not that it would've helped much with the terrible writing), and puts that animator under an insane time crunch. These are not things you do when you want to show respect for the mediums you're working with. It's a slap in the face to both movies and songwriting.

Doug's album is fifteen songs of shitty singing and really lame surface-level criticisms about the movie. He critiques Goodbye Blue Sky for being an "Oscar bait song," even though the album came out before the movie, and oh yeah, is also about ROGER WATERS' DAD DYING IN WORLD WAR II. And one last thing, not once throughout his review or the album does he actually discuss what "the Wall" actually is. As in, the figurative wall Pink builds around himself from the rest of the world. It's an attempt from Doug to try and diss something but he has no idea what he's talking about.

i saw ajr in concert and let me tell you- i was embarrassed. i took no photos, i took no videos, i tried to tell as little people as possible that i was going. my mom really loves them and she loves to go with shows w me so she bought the tickets. we had seen them maybe a year prior at a music festival and honestly it was a fun set! they brought a bit of energy to the stage when we had been getting a little bit bored at that point in the day and we were just waiting for the headliners. but, that was all i needed to hear from them. neotheater came out after the tickets were bought, i avoided listening to it. so come the 2019 concert, i’m hearing all these AWFUL songs for the first time live. and people go crazy for them!!! people love ajr!! we were in the balcony, which was filled with children and when you looked into the pit it was just a sea of *those* white boys. you could tell that these people thought it was really deep music and i left that show w my head down, hoping no one would see that i went.

Clintonomo Bay It’s well deserved to claim that title. I’ve never seen someone’s album go viral for being so shitty before, I mean there have been infamous albums and songs before. But I thinks its the chaotic energy behind an album made by the nostalgic critic about an critically acclaimed album such as Pink’s Floyd’s The Wall that broke past the music scene into the cultural zeitgeist.

i saw ajr in concert and let me tell you- i was embarrassed. i took no photos, i took no videos, i tried to tell as little people as possible that i was going. my mom really loves them and she loves to go with shows w me so she bought the tickets. we had seen them maybe a year prior at a music festival and honestly it was a fun set! they brought a bit of energy to the stage when we had been getting a little bit bored at that point in the day and we were just waiting for the headliners. but, that was all i needed to hear from them. neotheater came out after the tickets were bought, i avoided listening to it. so come the 2019 concert, i’m hearing all these AWFUL songs for the first time live. and people go crazy for them!!! people love ajr!! we were in the balcony, which was filled with children and when you looked into the pit it was just a sea of *those* white boys. you could tell that these people thought it was really deep music and i left that show w my head down, hoping no one would see that i went.
