Normally you don’t have to be raising any drain pipe up. The machine suppose to work automatically without you intervening throughout the washing process. I think there is a settings you are yet to check out.

Thankyou so much just got mine I hope it gets better, at the moment I no how to wash only the rinse and spin that I'm still battling with, could it be that I over loan it? and if it is is same quantity I use while washing it I hope to keep trying things out, and spin have not gotten either perhaps is voltage will try that up in night thankyou.

This machine can be tricky! Just got mine and I had few issues with cleaning the house cus water just Dey pour everywhere 😂😂😂 but at the end of the day I got it right

You can . All u need is to rise the drainage host up.

I observed that my washing machine doesn't run water to rinse. It just makes a sound for a while . Then it starts spinning
I noticed that too. Check well it normally collect water at some point for rinse during washing. After that it make the noise and start spinning. I have monitored it.🤣

You know this stuff, when u notice that and it just turn it off and set to rinse and spin. No time I do the same.

When I raise the draining hose up, the water flows from another hole in my washing-machine. The water doesnt stay inside the washing-machine. I dont know what to do to solve this problem.
U need the attention of a technician.
Or have u checked the down side of the machine there is something beside the drain hose pipe that u need to turn clockwise like a button, just turn it the button right and see if no call d technician.👍
I got mine a couple days ago we installed ourselves yesterday but when we put the clothes and start the wash process the water doesn't get filled up it just runs out the hose
Always rise the drainage pipe up after collection of water bring it down

@@Fantasy_Finale call their service center, there is a way their technician fixed the drain pipe. Also don't use fuzzy to wash

Hi,I have the exact machine and if water starts getting in it will start removing water before it starts to wash why?
That is water inlet. All you need to do is to raise d drainage pipe up so that the water won't discharge while coming in. Then when d water get to the exact point it will stop and start washing. Thanks for watching and commenting 😊. Pls subscribe for more videos. 👍🙏

I think this Hisense is ok. For me I choosed it because it is top loader machine and it is safe for children. I have small kids they don't need to come and start opening or pressing anything on the machine, the color is ok, and it works very well for me. I haven't used any before and am ok with this one.

@@mulilasimumba644 It was the voltage that was too low. It started spinning when the voltage increased and It's been working very well since then

Kindly raise the drain hose and pour in water den wash.
After bring down the hose for discharge of used water .
Den repeat the process for rinsing.
Afterwards set for spill.🙌💏
