These videos will be remembered with some fondness. For back in the heyday when people were still commuting and had normal jobs. The pandemic has forced massive change. Even if people still had jobs--which they don't--they're going to be doing their work from home. Or expecting and commanding infectious hazard pay.

Hi there! A hotel PMS is a complex system with many modules. If by "front office" you mean the front desk staff, then yes, it's just one of the elements of the PMS. Other modules might include housekeeping, revenue management, point of sale, CRM, back office, and more.
