- Kingdom Hearts was one of my absolute favorite games growing up. Thought it was about time I summoned up the courage and put my own twist on Utada Hikari's "Simple and Clean" (and sing in Japanese?? - lol my apologies for the mispronunciations!) Hope to have done it justice for all my fellow KH fans.

I love how she takes so many liberties without deriving too far off melody. And lack of vibrato is actually perfect. Beautifully done.

This is about to break 4 million views! I listen to this probably four times a year (I want it to remain special and it’s a mood song) it’s such a special song and hold’s a unique place in my heart growing up playing Kingdom hearts when I was around 10-12. This is by far the best cover and IMO contends with the original, you truly made this Your own and it brings me to my childhood. Congratulations Mree! Thank you!

I have no words, this is the most amazing cover I've ever heard, this is simple (and clean lol), natural unlike 90% of hq covers on YT, you made the song YOURS and the vocals are AMAZING.
Everything was perfect, the instrumental, the voice control which was neither too soft nor too 'loud', everything was perfect.
You need to be known.
2:17-2:40 was my favorite part, EARGASM. Sometimes you sounded like Christina Grimmie, especially at 2:22, it gave me goosebumps and after 2:40 started hikari, it was needed in the original and you included it.

I found this cover in 2018 and to this day it is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. Mree's voice is so gentle and soft, almost angelic.

I think that this version would be a FANTASTIC addition to the Kingdom Hearts Games. From the moment I heard the tone, it drew me in. It's very unique and has delicate, beautiful, and mature tone. It could use some polish it some places, but still fantastic. I think it would do great as the Kingdom Hearts 3 end credits. It's a change of pace from the same reused ending song.
Just bought this off of iTunes. Love the combination of English and Japanese in this. Very smooth and calming take on this song. It was very "simple and clean", for lack of a better term, haha! Great work!
