He has the ability to captivate his audience with aesthetically appealing technical execution accompanied by the heavenly musicians . A true and blessed artist !
I know absolutely nothing about classical Indian dance, but I can say this with absolute conviction, that that was some highly sophisticated, technically challenging, and marvelously executed dance routine.
This is my first time watching a male dancer performance. It’s also excellent dancing. Thank you so much sharing this video. Indian classical dance is truly a poetic dance. Men are strong protector and guide and ladies are pure shrine maiden.
Although I expected slightly sharper transitions through the mudras, it's very refreshing to see a male dancer performing more expressively and softly. Very well done!
OMG! This explanation seemed so much worth listening to!!! Need to hear this very carefully and many times too. Dance always brings completion to music. How wonderful to finally see this raaga.
In my ignorance of this beautiful dance (art form if I might), I thought only women participated. Just as watching the women perform this art is a joy to men, I must admit, that watching the man has done the same for me. Thank you for sharing this art of dance to my growing lack of ignorance in this area. Now, if I could just understand what each hand maneuver means, I could follow along as the dance is performed with greater understanding. Again, thank you!!

Thank you for an absolutely exquisite and outstanding performance. It is a delight to see, and hear dancers and musicians together creating a breathtaking vision. Hurray for this collaboration.
I like the great full body coordination that he has with so many different poses when the music gets faster. I wonder if an option to show the captions of the translation could be possible to understand what the guy is singing.
What a divine presence you are. Unobstructed and natural of flow of energy, and yet you beautifully displayed that stillness. Amazing stamina. Such refined movements, especially the mudras. Soft and strong (both simultaneously), yet masculine from 5:16 onwards. What perfection. You hypnotized me, seriously. This touched my spiritual side. Never seen anything like this.Beautiful . But still I'm not able to understand the whole depiction/story due to my lack of understanding of the art form . Which character /role are you playing? Nonetheless , I bow down before you sir.

Dance of lotus flower
Why these dances have poor lighting?
Idk, but i think this would look better if performed by a woman.
It is beautiful when performed by a woman and that's how i saw it before. But you are missing the point. This is about more than our flesh or genders.
