    Thanks for your comment.
Firstly, I wish to let you know that the script of entire movie clips, including the #1, are available at the following site, so please feel free to
    utilise them. www.iuj.ac.jp/language/japaness_videoclips_en.html
As for your inquiry, there are two issues, i.e. the particle and the verb, which you would like to pay attention to.
Your transcription: iki kata wo iroro imasu ga
Correct one: iki kata wa iroro arimasu ga
As iki kata(the route) is the topic, it should be marked with topic marking particle wa, instead of wo, which is the direct object marking particle for a transitive verb.
Also, as iki kata is a non-sentient or inanimate subject, arimasu, instead of imasu, which is for sentient or animate subjects, needs to be chosen.
    Hope this helps.

thank you very much. i have a question: what's the difference between: 新潟に行きたい。and 新潟に行きたいんですが。

    • @TubeIUJ
      @TubeIUJ  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for the inquiry.
So you are asking what function "ん”serves in the 2nd sentence in comparison to the 1st.
Pay attention to the translation, please.
      1. 新潟に行きたいです。"I want to go to Niigata."
      2. 新潟に行きたいんです。"I want to go to Niigata and that's why I approached you and I wish to make some inquiries."
As shown in the translation 2, it explains the situation of the speaker and wishes to inquire about going to the destination.
Subtract the 1st translation from the 2nd, and you find the function of ”ん” and its nuance.
You could delve into this grammar in the internet by searching んです or explanatory ん。
      Hope it helps.
