Most people going to North East Trinidad will stop at Toco proper but they are missing out if they do not continue onward to Sans Souci and Matelot. In this video you will see the 'end of the road' as it were. Will you take this road trip at some point or have you done so before?
Thanks for sharing. I went to San Souci in 1975 and loved it.I'm from Port of Spain and had never been to the country .I was amazed to see the river water was clear. In POS the East Dry River water is very dirty. Thanks for sharing .
@@JBsManCave Some things look better, but for the most part, there is a lot to do. I know there are people up there trying to make it better without selling out to multinational companies, but its hard. All the good infrastructure is far away. but it still has the spirit of when i grew up there.
JB you are definitely a true explorer, I say that not just because of the road trips you do but the off road trips. JB that road you took that looped back to the main road, the road started out good but at one point it looked like it was the end, but like the true explorer you are; you kept going, do you ever wonder 🤔"maybe I should turn back"? 😊 Another great video thank you JB.
Halceon, if you haven't already, you may want to check the Lopinot and North Coast (2 parts) road trips because those were more intense than that Matelot road.
I am shocked to see roads are not maintained in TT we do have the pitch lake. Watching your trip is frightening because I know TT is no longer safe. You need a few people with you while traveling on the far away trips. And most likely a weapon too. You are brave. Thank you for sharing . Inspiring. Toronto Canada 🍁

Halceon, the road only ends when it is physically impassible for the truck to go forward. 😉
@@JBsManCave Spoken like a true explorer. 👍🏾😎

Thanks for your thoughts on Sans Souci to Matelot in Trinidad.
Loads and loads of green which tells you how how intense the population density is for such a small island.
Thanks for your thoughts.
Was it bread fruit JB?
Hey Michelle, please put a timeline to the video so I can know what you are answering. However, if I recall this video I believe it was breadfruit.
Is it breadfruit?
Yes, delicious food.
