Incredible. A Wow video. Love the breathtaking sceneries and the winding roads. I must add that you are both an experienced and safe driver. Reached as far as Salibya Beach over 60 years ago. I am living abroad now so I may never have the opportunity to have a physical tour. Your video was well worth the time and afforded me a vitual tour. Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it. That is just part 1, did you see the other parts? Have a look here to find them all: jbsmancave.com/trinidad-and-tobago-road-trip-map/
thank you very much for supporting Ukraine, I have been studying about Trinidad and Tobago for 2 years, I really wanted to visit, but the war changed my plans, thanks for the video.
Татьяна, thank you for visiting. What a pleasant surprise to have someone from Ukraine checking out this tiny island. Why have you been studying T&T? 🇺🇦 Slava Ukraini!
Thanks for your videos. I read the book Robinson Crusoe and Trinidad is mentioned there, very interesting nature on the island, a lot of birds and a lot of fruits (but for some reason I didn’t meet strawberries ), there is very little information about this Amazing island, but I searched and found your channel .
I am very surprised and grateful to you that you support Ukraine, this is a big surprise because I wanted to visit Trinidad and there are people in Trinidad who support Ukraine so much.
JB I love 💕 this video as I have loved all that I have looked at. Your video quality is excellent 👍🏾 I learned of another area in Trinidad that I must visit with some of my friends. I really appreciate your channel. I want to add to something you said, we really don't know the power we have as consumers, when I commented to my circle of friends concerning price hikes and staying away there response is always a un schooled, lazy response of " well what yuh go do yuh have to live so I will buy it" Nonsense! You always have a choice. Thank you again JB. Shalom.
Halceon, thanks for your input. Unfortunately, that is why T&T has become what it is today -- citizens are like sheep just taking whatever that is dished out to them rather than understanding the power is within them as voters, consumers and fellow neighbors.
New subscriber to your channel. Loving your content! Never been to Toco though my great grandparents lived there. As a returning resident, I hope to avail myself of the opportunity to visit. I also appreciate your commentaries and humility... gives me hope! May God bless you and your family.
I fully understand. Just be careful... the transition will take some getting used to if you have not been here for awhile. To see more areas: jbsmancave.com/trinidad-and-tobago-road-trip-map/
First time viewer. Really appreciated this journey. Haven't been to Toco for 6 years. So this adventure was really interesting. Great narration. I have subscribed!!
Halfway tru this video and I'm enjoying it. My dad and I use to go to Rampanalgas to do some house painting back in the 90s. Areas look mostly the same. Some landmarks I still remember. Used to go to Toco alot too from Arima. Great stuff.
Taz, thanks for sharing your experiences of Valencia to Toco. This is actually part of a series of four videos that goes all the way to Matelot and back. Feel free to check them all if you like.

@@JBsManCave when u asked in the video where do people coming south prefer to pass to go to north east Trinidad my preference is instead of those back roads I take the highway and head to valencia
30:29 On the left that's Valencia River, I was there just Thursday lol. Really nice river with a nice shallow pond and bathing area. And yeah people especially trucks drive like if that Valencia road is a highway. I'm surprised you didn't pass any trucks on the way. Must be Sunday or a public holiday.
Aldith, on a clear day perhaps but it is easier to see it from Toco proper's coastline. Right now there is a lot of clouds and worst Saharan dust that puts a haze on everything.
Jaron, first off, thanks for taking the time to give your input. However, I have no idea what you are talking about. If you are addressing something in the video please put a timeline. The other thing... it is better to just expand on your point than asking us to read a book.

You must try the fish sandwich from Chic King in Cumaná. It was delicious
Merchant, you do realize I am vegan... I mentioned that in this video too.
@@JBsManCaveYes, I heard you say that several times but I got excited when I saw the restaurant and it slipped my mind. You are missing out though

Reached as far as San Souci from central Trinidad. Scenic drive. Lovely
Indeed, this part of Toco is breathtaking and very different from other areas of Trinidad.
