  • GINISANG TOGUE is originated in the Philippines. It is a popular and traditional Filipino vegetable dish made with mung bean sprouts (togue) and various vegetables, typically sautéed with garlic, onions, and sometimes meat or seafood. Ginisang Togue is a simple yet flavorful dish that is commonly enjoyed in Filipino households and is often served as a side dish or as a main course with steamed rice.
    Here's a simple recipe for Ginisang Togue:
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups mung bean sprouts (togue)
    - 1 small carrot, sliced
    - 1 small bell pepper, sliced
    - 1 small onion, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 2 pcs. pork chop, cut into bite size
    - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
    - 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
    - 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
    - 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - Half cup of water
    - 1 Tsp seasoning/ Magic
    Serve hot and enjoy with steamed rice.
