I've been playing this game for a long time, so I have a lot of them. I used to farm a lot of Steel Essence, and for that, you have to kill Acolytes, who also drop these Arcanes. The fastest way would be Steel Path missions like Disruption, Void Cascade, or missions where Acolytes spawn as quickly as possible.
