As someone who doesn’t like the look of too much decorations and doesn’t have so much free time to spend on it, it’s really hard to find other people who use their journals to just put their thoughts on the paper without the pressure of making every page look extremely cute. To me, seeing pages filled with words looks extremely pleasing & it gives me the feeling of a well used journal that it’s not all for show. I’d like more people to embrace the simple things on social media but oh well..
Dear Raquel, thank you for being here. I am only half way thru this beautiful video and I need to say, Thank you being here, I really needed you and your channel. It is 1:40 am on the West Coast of Canada, and i fully mean this, thank you for the medicine I needed. (& i have always wished to visit NY, NY!). I sure wish I could win a printer like yours! That is so very kind of you. Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do watching your videos! I am in my 60s and had a stroke. I have re-learned how to read, and I now have very shaky hands so I cannot draw/paint as I used to. I bought a couple of fountain pens that I could afford so I can record some memories before I lose them. Thank you for your inspiration and the writing ‘a day’ in the wee boxes on the calendar. That cd be a big help for me. Thank you for the relaxing music both in the restaurant and in the background! Nice & mellow! Thank you for so openly sharing, what a gift! I wish that I cd write like you, so tiny that no one cd read it! But I can no longer control my writing as well, but I’m finally becoming accepting to having to write/print big & messy now❤. I loved the style of this video! It was such a nice mix of you journaling and talking, along with video footage of your activities. Lots of thoughtful and useful journaling tips as well. Of course it was made all the better by the fact that you live in New York - always a treat to see the City even though I live far away in Canada. Just found your channel today. Love it! I’ve only just watched this one, but am hooked and want to watch more! Little bit of a suggestion…how about moving the angle of the camera so we can see the pen touch the paper while you’re writing?! More of a sweet touch to the ASMR in the end? Thank you

Hey. You enjoy walking to Lacombe. Don't cut that out totally. So 7 dollars a day is 50 dollars. What if you did 4 days a week Making coffee in house? That would be a 22 dollar savings.

I wanted that pen until I saw it's 500$ holy crap
oh man $500??! Is this in CAD? I definitely didn't spend the retail price, which in USD was $336, I waited for the 20% sale at Atlas Stationers and picked it up for $268 USD, definitely not cheap but it was cheaper!! ☺️ I would definitely wait for the sales to pop up if you really want one ♡

Hi! I absolutely loved the sunset! So-so pretty! I’m still watching your video as I’m writing this, you were getting ready to stick that beautiful sunset photo on the 3rd. I wanted to share you could have tipped-in that photo with washi-tape on the day you actually took it instead of sticking it to the following day. I’ve done this myself and it’s a really cool tip. This way you don’t permanently cover up what you’ve written. Anyway, thanks for the video and I just love the scenery of where you live, so beautiful!
