Welcome! Our first day back in Phnom Penh, Cambodia started early 5:20AM walking Lucky (dog) and a short 1 mile run. Afterwards had oatmeal and peanut butter for breakfast. Then Sophan wanted to get porridge so we decided to explore the streets of Cambodia to find some porridge. If you eat the porridge there cost is 3,000 RIEL .75 Cents but for to go is 4,000 RIEL or $1. When we tried the Porridge it was really good with so much flavor. Afterward we purchase some Nom Pao to snack on and it was so fresh melts in your mouth. Cambodia has so many different food varieties and we really appreciate the support! I will continue to release once a week on Thursday 6AM Central Standard Time which is Thursday 6PM Cambodia Local time.

Cambodian citizens have health care that you can apply for. Once approved health care is more affordable.
