Solo atheon on titan is finally done again! Super happy to have this done, also first thing i wanna say is YES I KNOW I GOT A BIT LUCKY WITH KILLING HIM, but the kill is free anyways so i should be good for SF after some practice.

The most insane part of this to me is you only using 10s to actually do damage.
Titan grapple melee is basically the highest sustained dps in the game and atheon already has an increased grenade damage scalar

Suppress nade to make him not activate bubble animation so he could pick up the relic while bubble skating

@@paper5959it’s very hard. you have to be able to bubble skate, which is already as hard and inconsistent as can be, but then you gotta time the suppression nade perfectly so you bubble skate without placing bubble.

there is a current glitch where the boss will just take a random chunk of health. I had it on crota and it was during final phase. I am pretty sure if it happens and doesnt kill the boss the health will come back and it will just be a visual glitch. I don't know if its intended or if its an actual glitch bungie needs to fix, or if its just taking that chunk away cause you've done the damage already and it just didnt show. Idk if this helps though. :)

Huh? It’s called latency, damage doesn’t show up when something dies immediately, the shield showed up but the game was still processing the damage done, this happened a lot during the craftening and even now during many bosses with immune shields like in spite of the watcher

Why do you need the supress skate if you swap off bubble anyways without using it?
can't pick up the relic while in an animation. when a normal bubble skate starts placing the bubble the relic pickup is blocked, but suppressing urself cancels the bubble animation

The part that was mind blowing for me is that you can do that much damage to Atheon at not even full stacks of Banner of War. Which clearly shows how good Wormgod Caress really is compared to Synthoceps. G fucking G man
you don't need full stacks of BoW to get the damage buff, that's only the healing effect. First stack of banner gives a 40% buff which remains a constant
