I ordered about three times from Tampa Bay Cichlids in a short time span. All were guaranteed males. I received a handful that were DOA or died right after placed in quarantine. Five of the survivors were initially found to be females, which he sent in a replacement order. One was DOA, and another died two days later. I have excellent water parameters and conditions. I sent him an email with this info, and then six more females that were found (vented). He did not reply. I sent two more emails, and called, left voicemail. No response. Two weeks later, still no response. I probably have more females, but they are too small to tell yet. I will never purchase from them again.
I see Matt that you've asked this ? On multiple videos with NO responses. I see alot of negative views on this vendor. I'll probably still give them a try in the future.
Hi, yeah I'm always weary when ordering from a new online fish vendor but rest assured friend, these guys are legit. I would recommend overnight shipping and especially if the weather is bad. Thanks for watching.

Have you ever ordered Guaranteed Males 1.25-2"? They have 2.25-2.75" Males but are out of stock. Wondered if they are consistent with the Male ratio

The guaranteed male is not guaranteed 👍 they gave me 3 female out of the 6 I ordered
