I think the fan base is putting too much expectation and pressure on the shoulders Oscar Bobb. Expectations for him to cover false nine, fix our winger problems and put output in his first season as a true first team player. We need to ease him in
Very calculated gamble. I am all for it on loan. Option to buy should be included. He may not be an out and out goalscorer but he can chip in and can assist when on form. His versatility will help massively. PSG ruin players anyway so I wouldn't read into it too much.
We should have kept him in the squad as he fits the Haaland sub role. Losing Alvarez as well shows we should have kept him. Another Palmer. Macatee will be the third. If you don't count Lavia.😮
@@michellemaggs75 Mate please tell me why a young striker would be happy to just sit on the bench and only play cup games and warm the bench for Haaland, rather than be the starting striker for another PL club
I don't know much about him so I'll have to reserve judgement on him. City must have seen something in him. Surely an initial loan deal would be the prudent road to go down in case it doesn't work out? BLUEMOON PHIL
Sometimes I don't understand you'all.. you are looking for a backup for Erling Haaland. And you want a first team player like Kyogo or something to sit on bench. Kolo Muani would be perfect solution. Already benched, has quality and move to Man City would improve his career. Win-win situation.
We've played the false 9 formation before and done extremely well with it. So why not forget cover for haaland and use the false 9 formation instead. That way we can shore up the mid field as its aging and we dont really have any cover.
I am also wondering that if Pep is staying another year, does that suggest that we may have a quieter couple of transfer windows? I don't know, obviously
Any striker in the world banging goals in would have most teams in European football fighting for him. We have the most prolific goal scorer in the world at the moment. It’s not a case of cover for Haaland it’s someone to assist him and the team when he’s not playing. I took more from his assist stats than goals scored, this with his speed is maybe why city are showing an interest
City should buy Antonia Nusa from RB Leipzig before someone else does. He has really good chemistry with Haaland and we all know Haaland need someone who can supply him. Nusa can play these smart passes, make a cross in front of goal,, he can challenge and dribble and score… and has a good shot. He is not a one-dimensional winger who can only go one way. Nusa can go both ways and also play on both wings….and he is only 19.
I am actually more interested to see how we develop tactically, than I am around personnel. I may well be in a minority of one here, but I think Rodri would struggle in our current set up.
What would really kill me would be Kolo Muani going to Chelsea. Stack them with as many black French players as possible and make Enzo squirm. I’m more worried about the midfield, we have proven we can get results with or without a 9 but without key midfielders the structure has been suffering. Can’t get two of everything. The club has to and will be pragmatic about who to sign
You're driving my wife insane so I'm gonna have to mention it. Kyogo is pronounced more like "kio-go" not "kai-yogo." It's actually "Kyo-go" but I'm not sure how to type that phonetically so that it makes more sense than "kio-go."
No. We need to get a back up striker AND a CDM AND a viable playmaker. However, in terms of this Mouani guy. Pep will take away anything you think are positives and make him a system player. Could work!
@@mealo All of City players are good mate. Even the ones we don't play. You don't get what "we lot" consider a system player. Good players win you a title every now and them, a good system wins you a title 4 years on the bounce. Facts are facts.
Any backup striker for Haaland is a good striker as far as I’m concerned since we literally have no one

Well said, mate. It is hard for success not to lead to unrealistic expectations, let alone a sense of entitlement more akin to the rags.
@@brianngure151 He’ll need to be eased back in after such a serious injury. Same applies to Rodri
0:29 son had the same moment against city , title decider, doesn't make son a bad player .....if pep wants him, he has his reason
son most definitely thought about it and then missed on purposed so arsenal dont win 😂
It's crazy to think that if Kolo Muani scores that goal, Haaland goes on to win the Ballon D'or.
Mbappe would win then
@caiocomarella4691 Possibly yeah.
Antonio Nusa should be considered by Man City, check him out
I watched Norway the other day, he's a very good player and his a good understanding with Haaland.
Thank god someone mentioned it this. Hope more people do too, both Haaland and Nusa can prosper at city and Norway 😂❤
Want to see him play against top team
If City pays anything more than 30 million for this guy hit some massive mistake. 😢
A loan would be a better option
And we can coach finishing, so he won't improve that at city
@@hitendersoni2011 City doesn't loan players.

A Haaland back up is the least of our problems rn
We need to strengthen that mid-field and defence plz
Midfielder more important
He ain't a flop. One bad match doesnt make him a flop.Bring him in citeh
More signings are always good for a club
Should we have done more to keep Delap?
We are Man City. Liam Delap is nowhere near proven enough. We want the world's best.
Why would delap want to sit on the bench and just play carabao cup games?
We should have kept him in the squad as he fits the Haaland sub role. Losing Alvarez as well shows we should have kept him. Another Palmer. Macatee will be the third. If you don't count Lavia.😮

As a backup to Haaland, and he can play on the wing. I'd take him.. on loan
I prefer Leao of AC Milan.
Gakpo is a better competition to Haaland.
Oshimen cost £60 million, why can't we put in a bid for him?
Kolomwani is a very intelligent player, Only he dribbles a lot.He can improve.

Nope.
He couldn't score in an open barn door
Pep can transform him
@FionaInoti He could but I am sticking to my statement just no

He's a good player, but paying more than £30m is, in my opinion, crazy.
Luis Enrique doesn't just use him. He's still good.
Save that money and spend it on Florian Wirtz!!!
Echeverri
Vlavich would be better, but for me muani is a no for me.

good player tbh imo
Any chance of some top defenders as we leak way too many goals
What about Kyogo?
He’s old
@awanazad793 Younger than Kovacic
if city let go of bernado and kdb leaves they should look into getting Xavi Simmons
I hope Make it happen

Can't hit a post code... and what game time would he get to demonstrate his ability, assuming he has any..?
Erling will get injured
hes a smashing player sign him up pep johnny first with news again cheers
Everyone looks excellent when playing for city....if he comes he will come do damage!
when last did we get a player on loan
Interesting
Has to be loan with an option to buy.
Does ANY player work out at PSG?
He's a decent forward. But can these Middle Eastern rival owners do business 🤔
Straight swap for mr kalvin Phillips 🤔
Liam delap is better

swap grealish for him
40 mil max

If possible i would like city to sign adam Wharton
Jonny I cant be in the next watch along its my birthday
No no please don't do this
