    Great video, Brian, I think this speaks very well for Bead Maker. To get almost a month on a vehicle that had no other sealant and was exposed to the elements and constant rain for nearly a month is pretty incredible in my book.

      UKSportsFan Thank you! I agree this really shows it’s potential. Using it as a stand alone is not what it’s meant for but I thought this would be interesting to try by itself.

    I think it still is present, diminished but still helping to bead some and shed. With nothing the paint holds the water longer on the hood but as seen in the video it still is moving faster than bare clear coat. Try washing off the road film and you should see it reacting again, but then again I always use Bead Maker as the final wipe down after each wash.

    • @FABAutomotiveDetailing
      @FABAutomotiveDetailing  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      thomkirby It is there a little bit but diminished enough I need to apply something else. If I didn’t have other videos that needed to be made I would be using this as a drying aid after every wash. I think it’s a great product and the price is even better!

    As I said before. Bead maker is great. Been using it for over 3 year's myself. Where I work at our parking lot is nothing but dirt. I only wash it once a month. I just use pearl wash with foam gun then power wash it. Everything comes off even the sap that trees drop. Reapply it over again. Great video as always. I enjoy watching your test on the detail products. Keep it up. Thank you cany wait for the next product you get to test out.

    Nice video again. I think BM is an excellent product. It is made exactly for that. Increase gloss, extremely smooth and to protect paint between washes. Many people think of something different and have seen a lot of negative criticism from BM. I really can not understand what these people expect from a product of that level and that price. I definitely chose BM as the protector of my Crystal Light Serum + EXO

      Marcelo Poppe Thank you! I agree it is an excellent product with a great price point. It’s not expected to replace a wax but to get you protection and gloss in between washes like you stated. I don’t know why people think it supposed to replace a base wax.

After you did your review I bought a gallon. I haven't tried the product yet but plan on doing so after I wash my car that I freshly waxed last week.

      kawtriples oh yeah definitely still recommend it. In the real world you will use it as a drying aid after the base layer and the protection will last a very long time until you stop reapplying it. For the price this product cost and ease-of-use it’s definitely worth it.

    You mentioned that you didn't put Bead Maker on the front windshield; is that because you already had the Griots on there or because you don't recommend it for the front? Just wondering how well it would hold up when using the wiper blades. If not the Bead Maker, what product would you suggest for the front windshield?

    I really like the hydrophobics of Bead Maker and prefer the way it repels water over some other products I have used.
    It isn't the most chemically resistant for obvious reasons, it isn't meant to be.
    It's extremely easy to use, fast and extremely easy to buff off.
