- After 15 years working two jobs and saving money, one of my major lifetime goals was finally checked off by attending the Super Bowl. And who better to perform at my first SB than the iconic Barbadian entertainer!

The Super Bowl LVII halftime show, officially known as the Apple Music Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show, was the halftime entertainment of Super Bowl LVII, which took place on February 12, 2023, at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. It featured Barbadian singer Rihanna as the headline performer. It was televised nationally in the U.S. by Fox, Fox Deportes, and the Fox Sports and NFL apps, and was the first Super Bowl halftime show to be sponsored by Apple Music.

Can't believe people think she lip sunc her whole performance. She doesn't lip sync all the way, she uses backing track yeah
It's cause the stream was very poor in audio quality.... sounds a 1000 times better live

The dancers, the show what's happened behind the camera is awesome I wanna say is the best Super Bowl even for the team of dancers how the set is how everyone knows his job at the moment!!! love that!!

not at all - i planned, saved, and bought the tickets myself along with my high school best friend Valerie - we went through OnLocation who sells the tickets along with a pre-game hospitality package that lasts for several hours. She and I both work in healthcare and I also work a second job during the school year as a coach.. this was 100% us and we paid a fortune, but it was absolutely worth every penny. :) :) :)

How did they raise up the platforms? I am so confused.
They were held by wires from above to my knowledge
Each of the platforms has 8 cables attached to it, 2 in each corner, which in turn are attached to winches on both sides of the roof. The winches turn in each direction which in turn will lower and raise the platforms up and down :) you can see this quite clearly on the official footage of the halftime show.
It's a a system used a lot in touring shows when you need to move the performer or stage props around the venue (see videos of Pink performing So What on her recent tours to get an idea of the process)
@@nicholasbroun985 it’s actually 4 cables on each platform 1 on each corner and the way the move them up and down is there’s a really heavy weight on them if you want to go up the weight goes down if you wanna go down the weight goes up i know this because my father helped with the stage production
