is it true that almost all restaurant in Japan needs appointment first instead of walk in?

Looks like halal restaurants are more expensive than other restaurants 😢

I been here on 23rd dec fr lunch. First time in japan and also our first yakiniku experience in japan. They get fr us the 2-3 pax wagyu platter which consists few types of waygu cow parts and 2-4 slices each max that costs us 16000 yen for that platter. Final bill was 19500yen cos we also ordered 2 rice and 1 orange drink. Not even feeling half full. I feel scammed towards the end of our trip because it cost so much less at yakiniku halal in ueno and its fullfilling. We had full stomach fr similar grade waygu yakiniku in the ueno restaurant. This is my personal opinion and there are better options than this one that doesn't deserve this overprice halal yakiniku.
