Lack of mobility is the source of a lot of issues experienced by folks in that age group. This lady is an absolute inspiration. It just goes to show what happens when you invest in yourself and treat your body right by exercising. It doesn't even have to be weight lifting, necessarily. You just have to make it a life long habit of being active. Walking, cycling, running, just make sure your doing something, especially in your later years.

Nora Langdon sure is an inspiration to anyone who is a little older and getting into / back into strength training.
I lifted for 20 years and was able to bench well over 300 pounds, then abruptly stopped lifting after some hand issues and never went back.
After recently turning 60, 25 years after the last time I lifted, it was a hard slap of reality to discover my max bench was no longer over 300 but was 145.
6 weeks in and I have been making good gains and expect to break 200 before year end.
Don't know if I will ever get close to where I once was, but it sure feels great to be making strength and power gains with no injuries.
