MB has been my favorite comic since forever. I adore her. I cannot tell you how many people I have shared her with. Thanks, Maria. For all the laughs you have ever given me.
I adore Maria! She’s one of the funnies Woman on the planet. Her openness has helped me accept help in my own Life and I greatly appreciate and Respect her for being willing to offer herself up to potential criticism in order to make a change!
Maria Bamford has been one of my favorite comedians for some time. She’s fucking great and her deadpan delivery might be one of the best among any of them.
She is brilliant. I go around doing the Quiznos bit and nobody gets it but that’s ok. I said it to my daughter the other day and the look on her face! 😂. I had to show her the video.
I’m now convinced that Maria was the TRUE voice of Phyllis on “The Office”, doing some seamless A² +² +² voiceover work Maria Bamford has a great career of course, but its always been so obvious to me that she deserves so much more credit than she’s given. IMHO, and in no particular order, Maria Bamford, Tig Notaro, & Sarah Silverman are the 3 most influential female comedians working today, hands down.
Her with weird pregnancy-food-cravings would be fun, "I want a sandwich with banana, avocado, onion and peanut-butter-aoli." "Wait, cancel that order; I want that a fried-egg-sandwich with spam and mole'." Eating for two, personalities.
This may come a surprise to you but most comedians do a ton of temp work. I guess the wheelbarrows of money provided by open mic nights just isn't enough for those greedy jerks. John Mulaney talked about working in an office ("Hello? Hush!"), for example, and Bill Burr talked about working in a warehouse, and everybody talks about working "hell nights," which I think is code for when the dancing ladies pay *you* to watch them perform.
@@poopsmagoo I’m not surprised . This is a well know established Comedian- whose has a few Netflix specials . I doubt she’s working at an office or working “hell nights.”
@@psychotherapistmft7927 That's the whole point though... sure Bamford is famous in the comedic world and has been for several years now, but she definitely worked menial jobs before she made it big (as most comedians and actors do Before their big break). She even talks about some of her job experiences in her Netflix special... I think it was the one called "old baby," but it might have been a different one... Nevertheless, I think she's paid her dues...
By far, one of my top 5 favorite comedians. She's a genius
Who are the other four?
Absolutely
Top 4. For me. She’s in my top 4. Not 5. Only 3 are better. She’s 4th.
She deserves more recognition. society is too slow to appreciate genuine, heartwarming like this.
“I’m a sea cow. I know the motorboats are going to hit me, but this is where I fucking swim.”

Love her! That joke with her mom talking about the girl in hospice is hysterical - "sassy as you please, teletyping with her eyelids..." LOL
Utterly adore genius Maria Bamford. Nobody like her. Such a treasure. She nails inanity of office life.
This woman is criminally underrated. She is absolutely hilarious
Never a bad set with Maria Bamford. Underappreciated genius, hilariously funny.

Ya either get her, or ya don't. I do. Love her different voices. She's hilarious.
“It took you too long.”
This is the excuse I always use when I eat something of my wife’s. I feel like exclusive ownership expires at some point.
Alex, you just changed my life.
She is genius !!
no, you are : )
@@newtempphone-ash9507 No! You are!!! 😊
She is a stellar comedian. My favorite for years, makes me laugh so much I barely catch my breath. ROTFFL
Her comedy style is pure insanity and I for one am here for it
She’s always amazing!
Me at restaurants: Do you have Coke or Pepsi?
Waiter: Pepsi
Me: I'll have water
Same.
Me: I’ll have a Coke, please.
Waiter: Is Pepsi OK?
Me: No. Pepsi is not OK. I’ll just have water.
Who is this legend?! Lol this is hysterical. Love the Midwest vibes.
She's amazing! Please watch more of her videos!
She's my hero! You should immediately go watch every clip of her possible!
Maria’s from Wiss-can-sin IIRC, so yep, very upper mid-western.
@@chasbodaniels1744 I'm from Wisconsin. Maria was raised in Duluth, Minnesota.
One of the GOATS! 🙌🏻
"a fresh one" LMAO!!!! lol
Maria is a comedy genius!
Love her! Been watching her for years!
One of the funniest comics around!
Actually, she's a little thin and a straight, not around so much.
This isn't really for me, but I gotta respect the set. Very original and unique to her.
Me too
I respect her courage

LOVEEE HER
this person is a whole genius this is so great
I wasn't as into it as the crowd until "joy wackamole". That's great lol
If theres any comedian that i can watch forever…that comedian is Maria Bamford
She’s the best!
She is just brilliant.
Why is there no one else like Bam-Bam...
By far her greatest recorded set
She's hilarious 😂🤣👍
One of my favorite comedians. Her special that she did I her Parents living room just for them was awkward genius!
Painfully hilarious!
The definition of “hilariously quirky”.

This lady is hilarious. Quick click. :)
I love this!🔥❤️🙏
She's really the best, man😎😍😍😍
love her
This is hilarious
Maria, You are my spirit animal
She's one of a kind awesome funny.
absolute brilliance!!! 🤣😀😄
Gifted! Is that the word?
I feel like we're all one or two steps away from being her, just not as eloquent
Super funny!
“Joy Whack-a-Mole” is probably the same game that Dom Irrera’s extended family plays. His mom’s favorite topic is, “Guess who has diabeetus?”
Maria you are so damn funny, love the quirkiness =D
I could listen to Maria Bamford and Mo Collins do there Minnesota mothers all day. Do they ever join forces?
3:20 Emily Axford from Collegehumor is in the audience
Looks a lot like her, but I don't think it is. She probably would like the Bamfoo though. Same chaotic energy.
@@Nihilist_Porcupine sounds about right :)
"But she wants a fresh one" 🤠
I guess I have a third sister then because she’s definitely describing my mother and family.
That tape dispenser bit is genius.
dont touch donnas label maker she paid for it with her own money...lmao
CC is re-running this old bit from 2010 must mean!
Her genius is lost on most people
Her office character is Phyllis lol
Gestalt, anarchy Comedy. I love it.
A mother knows😆
Sassy as you please
The albums she released between 2007 and 2013 are as good as any comedy released in the last 20 years. D
Donut and The Golden Hen
Man I'm crying laughing at the end of it. Great build with cooky power
I could see her playing Phoebe from Friends in a movie remake or something.
Subtitles: (normal voice). It's all relative, isn't it?
Maybe the funniest person on the planet.
Like my two-dozen, plus 1st cousins from Minnesota rolled into one.
Hahahhahaaaa!

❤️❤️❤️🌟😂😂
CHOC CHIP
she would like to do stand up but...
I agree with her mom biut the selfish bit ngl
So a priest walks into a hospice situation...
I don't know if she is a genius, but she sure has one.
sounds like SNL'S stewARD's mamm
