Surely, no one can 'replace' Simon, Bloke in the Woods in your videos...but you are a full-timer and Simon works hard at a regular day job. I have NEVER seen baking come out better than it does for you and Simon.

Ah yes, the legendary Dutch Oven. Congrats on your first D.O., learn to keep it we'll seasoned and you'll never have a bad meal from it. They truly are a great cooking tool beyond any others, except perhaps the fabled cast iron skillet and the beautifully designed cast iron Wok. With these three tools, anyone can rule a kitchen, indoors or outdoors. For more amazing Dutch Oven recipes, check out Kent Rollins here on TH-cam if you haven't already. He's very well known for his outdoor cooking with cast iron skillets and Dutch Ovens. He's an excellent Cowboy Chef, if nothing else, and he's a pretty funny jokester as well.

I am addicted to your videos. I used to go camping a lot when I was much younger, but we didnt eat such delicious looking, freshly cooked food on our camps. We made do with boil in the bag rubbish and tins of soup, lol. Thanks for bringing the outdoors, in. Love it ❤

I hear maple syrup is in short supply...nooooo! Pancakes and waffles 🧇 need that syrup. Have never tried it with bacon 🥓 tho! Love the camp 🏕 setup and hot tent. So not into cold, but could hibernate in the tents if the stoves were being puffing billies and shedding heat. Enjoy the adventures and bushcraft.
