Were you aware this could happen to your ring?! 😱 This is why it is so important to do your research before thinking about Diamond Ring Shopping, and if you think your boyfriend will never know about this, well... Just drop the hint and send him this video!! 🎥💍
Can’t wait to watch I had the opportunity to go to school for jewelry design but I had some health issues come up and had give up my space at this school oh on to another career path for me , that’s why I like Bonnie’s channel so much. Hugs to you Bonnie
I’ve never cared for round diamonds. Have the same small emerald cut diamond and the same husband over 30 years later. I think I’ll keep them both for at least another 30 years.
My absolute favorite is the asscher cut!! I don't know why, but I've never liked rounds. Maybe because they're too prevalent. I like more unique shapes.
I have an asscher 😊 For years before I got engaged I wanted a cushion cut. That was before they became super popular. You couldn’t find them anywhere. When we went to the jeweler, he took out a cushion and an asscher and I surprised myself by preferring the asscher. Our 15 year anniversary is coming up this year and I still love it ❤
Thanks for the video, Bonnie! Perfect timing for me…I’ve been married 34 years but my kids are just starting the engagement process!!! Two of my 4 are getting engaged in the next few months! My first ring was a beautiful marquee and my 25 year “upgrade” is a 5 karat total weight natural radiant! 💎 Both my daughter and future daughter-in-law are going for 3 karat lab grown ovals!!! 💍
Bonnie, this has nothing to do with ring. I saw an antique diamond necklace and fell in love. The chain was all diamonds, they were small, but the pattern was, WOW. It did 3 rounds and then a small marquis and continued this pattern throughout. Then it had a 3 to 3.5 pear cut hanging. If I could have gotten it, I would have.
I love the princess cut and the emerald is growing on me too. I prefer the mirror look to the shiny radiant one! Glad to know that those shapes are naturally flattering on my shorter, chubbier finger. I definitely felt it when I tried one on. One day Bonnie, I will be visiting and buy a stunning ring from you! ❤
I remeber in the 90 s trying on an elongated radiant with the step princess cuts on the sides. Looked horrible on. I had a huge 3+ ct size aquamarine in emerald cut with smaller side aquamarine emerald cuts on side as a three stone. It looked really good, so I am going with an emerald cut. Question Bonnie, I have the small squatty fingers snd longer palm, if I did a solitaire emerald cut would it look better as an east west setting? I am confused. Ps I also dont do my nails as Im a nurse 😂ps 2 my heart totally gets the feels when the emerald cut is east west set. Is that itself an indicator of the right way to set it? My biggest fear is that if I do a large solitaire emerald cut set east west and bezel ( my dream) that it will look more like a Superbowl or 80s style mens ring 😂

Round! Timeless, classic, versatile and mega sparkles! 💙💙💙

If it ain't broke don't fix it. 🤷🏾♀️ If the ring is still working for you and the marriage is working you're golden.
I don’t think I’ll ever stop loving princess cut, but I could see myself going for a radiant cut someday. These were all beautiful.❤❤
My absolute favorite is the asscher cut!! I don't know why, but I've never liked rounds. Maybe because they're too prevalent. I like more unique shapes.
I think maybe that’s why I’m also not drawn to round cut. EEEEEVERYBODY has one. LOL! But that are absolutely stunning in the tulip setting.
Unique, Liz Taylor fav. Miss liz always had great taste in jewelry

Love the oval for the complimentary shape, but round for the superior optics.
Marquise is always amazing
I’ve always loved Round cut & Oval cut! Elegant & timeless for sure. 🤩🤩🤩
I love the round and the oval.
Pear has always been my favorite.
My favourite also is round and emerald

Congratulations 🎊!!!!!
I would be choosing between a round or radiant. I just love how they sparkle!! A cushion is good too but it depends on the cushion.
I love emerald and have it as my engagement ring but I do love elongated cushions to 😍
My favorite (and engagement ring) is an emerald-cut diamond on a slender yellow gold band.
I think Oval is the most universally flattering. Any hand shape could pull it off.
Radiant is my favorite.
Round is my favorite! 😍

My favorite 💎 now is the asscher cut 💠 and a heart shaped diamond 🩵
Love brilliant round cut .
LOL…one of each😂 I’m working on it 😊
Pear, radiant and princess all the way ❤❤
Those cuts are absolutely stunning! 😍✨ You’ve got great taste!
Marquise will always be my favorite!
It's so elegant! I love it! 😍💍
Marquise
Emerald cut because it has to be so pure and clean. But then I also love a crushed ice look for maximum sparkles. Oh wow, what to choose?
Bonnie you look extra stunning in red❤
omggg big love for you. I‘m so excited!! 🥰🤍
I’m all about the emerald cut! Always dreamed of having one.
I love the princess cut and the emerald is growing on me too. I prefer the mirror look to the shiny radiant one! Glad to know that those shapes are naturally flattering on my shorter, chubbier finger. I definitely felt it when I tried one on.

Looking forward to it, thank you for the amazing support, dear! 😍❤️
I like the cushion and radiant cut.

YES!! Love a Radiant look ❤️
Definitely the round cut diamond 💎…
2:47 is the most helpful thing I’ve seen in a while!!
I've got you! 😉
My anniversary ring is princess cut in pink with 3 stone pass present future.
Emerald has always been a favourite! But when I tried all the diamonds radiant looked best and suited my finger ❤.. not long to I get to wear mine 😍😍😍
Radiant is a stunning cut 😍❤️
A work colleague received a heart shaped Emeral with wite diamond surround. The quality of the emerald was amzing
Such a beautiful and unique piece💚
My favourite is the 2-carat round diamond 😍 This video was helpful!
Glad I could help!! Thank you 🩷
I really need to try shapes on but currently I'm loving round, oval and radiant

Beautiful 😍❤️ My first ring was a cushion cut too!
I love the emerald and oval shapes.
My wife has a beautiful marquis shape diamond as she has long fingers. 2 carat. The next diamond she wants is the cushion cut. It’s so elegant.
I love pear shape diamond i would like to know Bonnie if you can match bigger wedding bands with it please!
I am surprised that there are no comments on your green ring. It looks beautiful with your eternity band. Is it jade? I would love details!
Emerald cut all the way ❤
Okay two key takeaways-
1. Getting one of each shape ❤
2. Big stone of any shape on a simple band 🎉

I also wanna request a video on my favorite cut asschers
Do two-toned settings add warmth to the stone?
Hi dear! Two-toned settings, especially with yellow gold, can add warmth to the stone.🫶
