One has to constantly remind himself/herself of the role he/she has to play. All the world is a stage and we are all actors and actresses. To practise detachment as Gurujii tells, is not easy. With meditation and prayers this is possible. Thank you, Guru Dev.

    I learn't about 3 types of misery - parinama, tapa & samskara.
    My own understanding...
Loss of pleasure does make one miserable.
I have seen senior citizens missing their glorious days of work.
Most of us miss our school days etc.
Not just memory of pleasant incidents, but also memory of unpleasant events make us miserable.
It is important for the experiencer to end along with the experience just like dream-dreamer.
Else the hangover of experiencer causes misery.
All this add up to the fact that unawareness of our real nature causes misery.
Gurudev speaks of more reasons of misery.
Knowing them will certainly help me to increase my self-awareness.

Makes a great deal of sense... Samskara dukkha is something I have dealt with and not been able to understand for a long time exactly why I was sad when there was no apparent reason for it. Identity can definitely attach itself to the memory of pain that is no longer there....

    • @Kanika6661

Parinaam dukha, Taap dukha and Samskar dukha. Amazing knowledge Gurudev - Realising all is dukha. Incredible insight, I am very good thought makes others not good and that starts making us unhappy. Nobody is the coz of your misery. Your own identification is coz of misery. When you fail to see your shortcomings you stop growing. So true self righteous people are really hard to communicate. They don't even accept that - Absolutely true have observed this with this kind of person. Very interesting. Wish to see sequence of this video.

We are Souls. We can be witness to all of life. Meaning experience everything, deal with it fully engaged but at the same time realize all is karma and are working witnesses of that. It's the razors edge. Life is an illusion that we must transcend and fully engage in at the same time.
Always know that we are all Souls encased in a food sheath, and living out mirror reflections of past life's. Sending love to all💕

We can never control the thoughts that come in our mind but we can always control how we react to it! Its a cycle! From a thought when we hold onto it an emotion is generated then a feeling arises that feeling may lead to certain other thoughts that are completely different not even related to the first thought have thus intensifying your feelings and you are then compelled to something abt it which depends on the kind of emotion you have! See we our ourselves responsible for wat we feel we can never blame anyone else for wat we are feeling and wat is happening in our lives it is our own thoughts that make it happen! This is how are subconscious works! It's a cycle! This same thing is explained by Lord Krishna to Arjuna in Bhagavad Gita and this video is from the knowledge series Patanjali Yoga Sutra that Gurudev is speaking on!
This is so insightful!! Like our mind is just beyond this universe we are living in and we are just like a speck in it!
Watching just one such video everyday can help clear your mind!
This was amazing ten minutes that i spend ❤️✨
