Currently living in a room share. Watching this video after dealing with a violent roommate that has spent 15 years in prison. Full on anxiety/stress/pain/confrontation this past week. Guruji please provide assistance through this one. Jaigurudev

Every storm is a blessing
Not at all some are misery for life.....giving a speech is not a big deal.
@@DukhKshivaKbachtaNaiSukhDhokaH , deep misery and problems also helps us grow and better prepare for future. When we are going through it is very hard though.
A diamond or gold already has all the qualities of a precious diamond or gold even before they are polished...but their value increases, they become ready for long term use based on the type of hard & skilled polishing which they go through.
I have been suffering from generalized anxiety disorder, last for the 17 years I have been taking medicine, please cure me fully, I don't want to take medicine any more, ...
Visit bangalore ashram, take happiness program course, sahaj samadhi, advance meditation course. attend satsang daily and do seva there. I went through anxiety too, all these things helped me to come out of it. Not completely I'll say but 80%.. That's very drastic.. Do experience all these things.. ❤ Bless you recover soon dear
i think we people like to combine spiritual with material world which is possible but very difficult when we are too greedy.too much greed can block clarity of the mind and cover our heart with impurities and the products comes as anxiety,depression,frustration,anger....
so I suggest,meditate more and reduce greed to help your mind and heart first.
