Join SFU Beedie honours student Kim in a 2-hour, hyper-focused study session. We use the Pomodoro Technique in which we:
➔ Study hard for 25 minutes straight
➔ Take a 5-minute break
➔ Repeat
There are cute little surprises throughout the whole video so make sure you don't give up halfway!

This is genuinely the most helpful and professional Pomodoro video I've seen so far. I really dislike the ones that don't have an audible timer. This video not only has a timer that you can hear, but also fun messages to read during breaks! Thanks so much!

I absolutely love the pomodoro method . For someone with chronic procrastination tendencies and a limited attention span during exams, this is working very well for me.

Until recently, I constantly procrastinated avoiding my college responsibilities.
Since I discovered these kinds of videos I have been able to reverse the situation slowly and progressively. Of all the ones I looked at, this is certainly my favorite. Without music, with controlled ambient noise and a timer that only appears when it sounds, avoiding possible distracting speculations.

Usually, I study with these videos and I love them, sometimes I don't like the quality so I search for nice ones and then I got this one AND I LOVED IT. Thank you for this lovely video. Because of the new year and Christmas holiday, it was hard to get back on track but this helped, thank you!

I was very exhausted from the Day's hard work & wasn't feeling like studying & was feeling lonely. But something struck my head & i started looking for a study mate on TH-cam & I'm glad i chose this video. I can't believe i managed to study for almost 2 hours without breaking a sweat or getting bored. Before it always seemed to be a herculean task but this time it felt so much great & my productivity went up. I highly appreciate the Pomodoro technique. Thanks 👍
