    I am so over the moon excited. This is my first time going to Disney during the Christmas holiday season. My son turns five on November 10 and this is his first ever Disney trip. We are arriving to Disney on November 8 and attending the Christmas party on November 10

      @@FloridaTipsForBrits i’m just really hoping to kick butt this cold. I have sore throat two days last week and it lasted till Saturday afternoon then it ended up with a runny nose and a cough. Now I don’t have much of a cough or just my sinuses are so plugged, and I leave on Wednesday.

    Also asking the same about the weather we are going the 1st week of December wondering if it will be cool or cold 🤷‍♀️ 😊

      Hi @PatriciaGarcia-sg3bx thanks for watching and for your comment😀I just replied to another viewer who had a similar question regarding weather and as I told them I've been to Florida in November/December quite a bit and seen everything from properly hot days (80 plus degrees at 10pm) to actually pretty darn cold, were talking frost on the car in the morning cold! This time of year I usually take shorts and T shirts mainly for the daytime with hoodies/light jacket for later in the day and perhaps 1 or 2 pairs of long pants incase it gets really cold when the sun goes down. I find that this will cover you for 99% of situations weather wise. That being said I am from the north of England so I'm quite used to the cold 😂! Hope this helps and you have a great time at the Party 😀

    I’m going for the first time with my teenage son and daughter, we’re gonna be there on the first week of December and I’m not sure what clothes we will need since I’ve heard the weather is very hard to predict over there. Do you have any recommendations for rides or specific things that we should definitely do or ones that we can skip since I don’t have little ones? My kids are 14th and 15th. I am planning on arriving at 4 so we can enjoy all we can. Thanks in advance

      Hi @zuly.c thanks for watching the video! Regarding the party, it's difficult to make firm recommendations for attractions because its a very personal thing, for example my kids just are not interested in character meet and greets but some folks LIVE for them. The only thing I would say is attractions such as the "Jingle Cruise" are exactly the same at Christmas parties as they are throughout the Holiday Season during normal daytime opening so perhaps skip this during the party and ride it another time (assuming you have more time) also the dance parties that happen through out the night tend to be directed more towards the younger kids (IMHO) but again you know your children best. Other than that, try to catch the later parade as its almost always much quieter, eat before you get there (unless you're desperate to try a party exclusive holiday treat) as this means you're not wasting time standing in line for food and if you see some merch you like, buy it now because it very well could sell out. As for weather and clothes, I've been to Florida in November/December quite a bit and seen everything from properly hot days (80 plus degrees at 10pm) to actually pretty darn cold, were talking frost on the car in the morning cold! This time of year I usually take shorts and T shirts mainly for the daytime with hoodies/light jacket for later in the day and perhaps 1 or 2 pairs of long pants incase it gets really cold when the sun goes down. I find that this will cover you for 99% of situations weather wise. Hope this helps a bit and hope you have a great time at the Party 😀

      @@FloridaTipsForBrits Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. This info helped me a lot for sure, my kids are not into character meets either and as for the Jingle Cruise and other things I've seen people that recommend doing it before the party starts, I am planning on doing that bc I don't have other park days to visit Magic Kingdom again, since they let people enter the park at 4 we have a little bit more time. As for the clothes I was thinking just taking with us some layers and hoodies just in case, I also bought a softshell jacket that I found at Sam's but I'm not sure if it is too much and very unnecesary for Orlando.
      Thanks again, have a good day.

    How do they know you have a ticket?
    For example if you were in the park as a regular ticket from say 2pm, do they make everyone leave and then come back in?

    • @FloridaTipsForBrits
      @FloridaTipsForBrits  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi @petermcc94, if you are inside of Magic Kingdom prior to 4pm and have a ticket for the Christmas Party for later, what you have to do is head back to the front of the park as the party time approaches, show your reservation to a designated cast member and pick up a wrist band. These wrist bands are then used to identify folks that have admission to the party later in the evening as cast members begin to empty the park of daytime only guests. Hope this helps and thank you for watching 😀

    Are the ticket prices just for one day?

    • @FloridaTipsForBrits
      @FloridaTipsForBrits  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi @milchdieb, yes the prices talked about in the video are for 1 admission to a single Christmas Party. Thanks for watching 😀
