Wow, I am really impressed with little Kuya's food critiquing and the vocabulary deployed in his explanations. I could see him becoming a famous chef in the future. Another great video and always nice seeing you guys in your little adventures. Onwards and upwards!!!
Christina hearing you speak Tagalog and seeing you speak Tagalog is so fascinating to me. Because you don’t look Filipina unless you are mistisa (half foreign half Filipina but mostly have the dominant appearance of the white skin and foreign features of the foreign parent ) but you speak Tagalog. Are you fluent in Tagalog or are you planning to learn Tagalog. It be so wonderful to see and hear you speak Tagalog it would be so special. Thanks for the vlog. And say hi to the kids and hubby and of course mr. Suave
Hello! I am actually Mexican American but I am hoping to learn Tagalog during the time that we live here in 🇵🇭 I do have a lot of trouble with the "ng" sound and I mess that one up often.

Hola LLVT! Pampanga is one of Anthony Bourdain and Andrew Zimmerns favorite gastronomic destination in the Philippines..As we all know,Bourdains favs are Sisig( the reason Sisig got popular)Chicken Ass(tail) which Anthony called as Popes nose or head..He also tried original Kapamnpangans Original which is Buro...And Andrew Zimmerns fav is Fried Stuffed Frog...Kapampangans arguably have a different taste in all the provinces in the Philippines...maybe because as my mom said they were Hispanized! thats why the different taste in life...and a bit of chinese too...They also have Tamales but different from Mexicans' version.MANGAN pu tau...😋 P.S. Kuya eats the head of the Prawns just like how Andrew Zimmern eats it which he also said is his favorite part of the Prawns.😂
Great suggestion! We’ve discussed doing a “university food” vlog, it might be coming in the future 😉 stay tuned and thank you for always supporting the channel!
Go to the province of Pangasinan. Eat pigar-pigar in Dagupan City then go to Hundred Islands in Alaminos City, then eat in Maxine by the sea Restaurant.
Hola, if you want really authentic kapampangan food, try this restaurant or carinderia, Celis Restaurant in front of Holy Family Academy along Filipino/American Friendship highway in Angeles City.
Thank you so much! They were very tasty, we are truly blessed to have these opportunities to share such amazing places with our viewers. Thank you for watching!
Great show on Clark and Mabalacat dining. I recommend you go to Abe Farm in Magalan Pampanga, in the foothill of Mount Arayat. Ave Farm is a resort and great Pampangueno dining - breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Recommend you make reservation months in advance to get an opportunity for great Kapampangan dishes. Enjoyed all your shows. Thank You.
I love your storytelling. Please don't get tired of doing great vlogs. Good health to you, your husband and your cute boys. Practice more on your Tagalog. More Power!
Next time you go to Pampanga, go to Angeles city and go to Barriotik buffet for 275 pesos I think. They have 42 dishes to choose from that are authentically kapampangan including deserts. I am coming from Las Vegas and my wife and I are going to be in Manila on October.
Yes Anthony Bourdain tried the Original Sisig in Angeles City at “Aling Lucing’s Original Sisig” . Some movie stars and some reporters from Manila go there at Aling Lucing’s Original Sisig , just to eat Sisig. Also if you want good chicken and pork BBQ gi to Jun-jun’s BBQ at Friendship Highway Angeles City, including thier Halo-halo really good 👍
Hello po! We have already made our way back to BGC - I decided I would wait to try Aling Lucing during another trip. I've become such a lover of more progressive versions of sisig that I'm worried I might not appreciate the original. But I will certainly give it a try when we go back to the Pampanga region.

Not anyone would no this. But cebu lechon is not the very first best lechon. If you go to Laloma Blumentritt street the whole stretch of the street of Laloma Blumentritt are side by side Lechon restaurants. And you can see lechons display standing on the bamboo skew in the front of the restaurants lining up. And most well lechom restaurants are Mang Tomas, Milas, and Pingpings. Mang Tomas and Milas are who formulated the lechon sarsa.
I forgot to mentioned Casa Elars Lechon Restaurants Quezon Avenue corner Apo Street Quezon City. Casa Elars who pioneer the lechon has cooking rice inside the belly of the lechon. They also pioneer the Lechon de Leche (suckling pig).
