I’m a senior and this lad is a fantastic human. Helps musicians and gives to charities. He’s a cheeky chap which imao makes him all the more interesting. Coming from one of the biggest Boy bands in the World, he put in the hard yards from a young age and has had many of life’s challenges that most of us wouldn’t experience in a lifetime. Haven’t heard this song in awhile so thanks for reacting. 😊

Louis was his mother's first child, she had him when she was 19 and his biological father wasn't in the picture so for a long time it was just the two of them, which is why he says they will end the same way they started, Because as the eldest son he was supposed to be the first to meet his mother after death, but a week after the song was released his 18-year-old sister passed away
This ode to Louis mother is purposefully made as a hopeful song not only for himself but to help his younger siblings and fans too. This is the true beauty of this song and louis as a person.

Louis used to be in one direction and after they broke up,he felt as if he will never be successful,but his mom pushed him to do a solo career,so he did.
Just after he started his solo career,his mom passed away and this song is about her.He was extremely close to her, since she was a single mom,and he was the oldest of 7 siblings
Unfortunately,a bit later,his younger sister passed away too. He still makes music and stays positive❣️
Louis lost his Mum and within a year he lost a sister. He is the big brother to 5 sisters and 1 brother and he looks after them all. Now some are grown and now he has a son a nephew and a niece on the way. They give back to him everything he gave to them. Beautiful family.

Louis is such a wordsmith, having contributed to the majority of One Direction lyrics, honing his skills prepared him magnificently towards his solo career.

i've been a fan of louis for over a decade and i've seen how close to his mom he was and how much she impacted him as a teen pregnancy and the eldest of 7 children. I appreciate this song so much its hopeful in some ways and he's grown so much as an artists and a person I really appreciate you giving it a chance and I hear your story and feel for you I hope you continue with Louis music in the future because he is very underrated. thanks for sharing! (p.s it is pronounced the french way which is LOU EEE not lewis but everyone makes that mistake at first !)

My best friend passed away in 3thd grade many people where crying but wasn't because I know that no matter how far she is I know that we will always be connect ever if we are universes away from each other I will always love her because love is the most powerful thing ever

I'm so sorry for your losses. I have lost many precious people and it is still raw after decades but one day when I get called home I will see them again. The ones I had to cut ties with I hope one day a miracle will happen and we can reconnect.
One thing I had to learn long ago is that some people are only meant to be in you life long enough for you to grow. Once that growth is there they no longer serve a purpose.

@@TormentedVet_Reactions you are in Texas right? I've heard all the Californians moving to Texas decided to bring the heat from Death Valley with them. I think they heard about the cold snap Texas had back in February of 2021 and didn't want to take any chances!
Thank you. So sorry for your losses and everything you’ve experienced. Most of all, thank you for fighting for our freedom and sacrificing for others. And now trying to help those around you because of that experience. First time listener and it’s because I saw you were going to react to LOU-ee and this song. I’m so glad I did. This song has helped me so much in the past, losing my grandmother to a stroke which after she was only conscious for the next 24 hours but lift for a week. And four years ago losing my mother to severe heart failure due to a side effect from chemotherapy from breast cancer. I’ve saw therapy for many years to deal with anxiety and PTSD. I get it and it’s things to people like you who help people like me. I can’t recommend Louis Tomlinson enough. Bigger than me is hopeful and beautiful too! 🫶🏻🙏🏻☀️✌️
