My 17 year old just became a pilot down here in Ft Wayne, Smith Field. He flies DA20’s and DA40’s. He’s going to fly me up to Michigan soon! Flying is awesome!!!

I'm curious about how you pick your destinations, plan for stops and fuel, and pack all your gear into an experimental aircraft without having to resort to half fuel tanks for W&B.

1:25 lul, so the way you brace your hand, is how I did it during training with an RV12iS that had the G3x panel. The problem was that just above the G3x was the ELT button. Discovered that after landing when the flight school owner met us on the ground. heh. just had to share.
