Cause Jimmy Hart owns the theme. Same reason Hulk had "American Made" and Paul Orndorff has the instrumental version of his WCW theme, which was also used by The Maestro in WCW.
It was such a treat to play as Owen Hart at the time since Attitude, may he RIP.
