I feel it took longtime to thicken te atol y we can't put half juice n half whole coconut so that it would help to thicken fast.
You can do less quantity so less juice will be required

You sound like Platin it with Wendy.. In the introduction. There is too much of distraction with some men talking in the background. You should have taken care id the sound. Never hears such a distracting recipe. Konkani and English bhelpuri. What Ghodshe is this. Will try.if I can understand.
