Hi, i have the newest Columbus system and I can't find where to play mp4 files. Via de media does the car only play mp3 files.

Trackandfield Belgium hi there. I don't have access to the updated infotainment system however if you search for your user manual on the Skoda website... You should be able to find out what formats are supported. What exact car do you have?

oh, ok thanks, well the manual mentions playing mp4 video files but I haven't found a way for playing them. Thanks for answering

Trackandfield Belgium I would assume that the new Columbus system should have an area called "media". I don't have access to a vehicle to check but it should be very similar

Yes, it has indeed a "media" button, I can enter the video folders but it seems that the system only wants to play mp3. When selecting a video the system says no audio file. Stange

Trackandfield Belgium I'd perhaps renamr the file (e.g. test.mp4) or try the other SD card slot. Otherwise it's hard to tell. :-(
