I like this house. Good floor plan roomy downstairs. The house could use some updating but this house is a better value than the new stuff on the market. I’d replace the downstairs tile, door knobs, professionally paint the kitchen cabinets, add new hardware, paint the interior and exterior.
It’s definitely of its era but imo it has a lot of potential.

When i do House Shopping or Home Tours, i check out the Neighborhood for the "TYPES" of Cars/Trucks/Suvs on that Street
"if" there's a lot of "American Made" Vehicles on that Street, to me it usually means a lot of Veterans, Military, Patriotism/etc living on that street
"if" there's a lot of Junk Cars, you know it's a Low Working Class neighborhood
For $550k, that's a Cheap Price

My first thoughts were about all the cars on the street but I guess that’s from the open house.
I thought the same thing, millions of people have snuck into our country and refuse to assimilate, cars lined up and down the street, loud music, furniture outside, barking dogs, some neighborhoods get ruined
