I wonder who got to this judge? No matter the circumstances no person should assault a policeman carrying out his duties. I find this judges decision of not guilty because of meeting the standards of justification inconveniencing. Maybe if I assaulted a police officer I can say I was justified in doing so because he interfered in my going home or going to see my mother at an old age home. Or, a policeman stops my car, prevents me from going any further because he suspects I have been drinking. I can just assault the police officer because to my understanding i think i am just fine and then get in the car and go home.
Funeral is timed... Going to see your mother or going home is not the issue, once the coffin is lowered and the grave is sealed no more last goodbyes forever... Please 🙏 don't compare apples with banana 🍌
