How To Smoke Chuck Roast for The BEST Pulled Beef Using Beef Tallow

In this video I will be making some delicious pulled beef using a beef chuck roast. A smoked beef chuck roast is a great option for making pulled beef.
This is a super simple recipe and has great results. I always enjoy chuck roast because it is cheap and easy to smoke. Beef chuck roast also has amazing flavor. definitely give this recipe a try.

Lard would be a good option but if you cant get that butter would work okay, you'll just get a different flavor

A lot of people are using Ghee. I haven't tried it myself because I still have a huge tub of wagyu tallow from Amazon, but Ghee is a real popular alternative.
