Hey Adam and Josh (and crew)! I've been watching your cafe/restraunt challenges for maybe 4 years now. My friend told me that he watches you and since then I've been hooked. I go on 20 video binges every now and then and only since yesterday have I been watching your podcasts through youtube. I've also subscribed to Breaking Beard (clever play on words) on Spotify! I think this playful banter between you and Josh on the pod is very dynamic. I like how you two make fun of each other with almost everything .Podcasts that do that with 2 hosts always have a good following- We love the 'drama'! I don't mind the details of the after effects of too much food intake- in fact, I'm so very curious about it all. You're both really funny and I know some people don't understand what is said when you both talk fast but I can understand it all. I'm Greek and living on a Greek island (left Athens with my 12 year old son 9 years ago) but went to an English school and my mum is part English so all this is very refreshing and relatable. PS Love the punk/ska references and tributes. Reminds me of way back when I was in my punk phase (still am) Also absolutely LOVE the Alan Partridge references- big fan. Regarding the post challenge water retention I can relate and unfortunately it comes with the territory on alot of challenges especially those with lower quality ingredients typically having higher levels of sodium. On our family holiday this year in turkey we had buffets 3 times a day and I went balls deep on every meal, no limit no self control, I just accepted this was going to happen After 8 days my weight increased by a staggering 32lbs. I shouldn’t have flown home as the odema was so bad it became dangerous. Fortunately this was not my first rodeo and was able to address it immediately and remedy the situation when we returned dropping 22lbs of that water in the first 4days. It’s all fun and games from the outside but like any sport it comes with very real risks.
Glad your house situation got sorted Josh. Buying my home was an absolute nightmare and I've sworn to never move again or buy any other property. It's been brutal listening to all the horror stories you guys have been through trying to buy a home. Adam, please just bite the bullet and go to Vegas when you finally get all your clothes back.😉 Life is too short!
