Depending on the weight limit of the front suspension and if you can mount an attachment bar to the front of your D130, JRCO makes universal front rakes I have one my turf tracer 36".
I've never measured the length correctly, but I'd say roughly 9'. Going by the 6' ramp on my trailer the tractor with just the bagger on is longer than the ramp and add the rake off the front, if you can get 7' wide or wider.
I wish I could find a de thatcher like this for my John Deere D130!

What is the total length of this setup? I am looking to buy a trailer and just curious if a 12' trailer would be sufficient.
