- Two different Mitsubishi elevators; one from the 1980s and the other one from the 2000s. However, these elevators are always very busy. This is because there is a university on one of the floors. It's not surprising to see both elevators often goes overload as seen in this video.
*UPDATE (18/04/19): After I checked on Google Maps, this building was actually completed in 1985 so the older elevators are technically 1980s type (not 1970s). Also, based on the reviews of this place on Google Maps, a lot of people have been complaining about the elevators being too small and unreliable. There's even a review saying that one of the elevators keeps breaking down.

1:25 the overload alarm is designed to scare people away from the lift to prevent overloading. You can hear someone yelling when the alarm sounds

*UPDATE*: The old Mitsubishi elevator is actually a 1980s type not 1970s, as I just found out from Google Maps that this building was completed in 1985.
That scene when a lady was yelling "Aah!!" when the overload alarm sounded made me laugh lol
I wonder why the new Mitsubishi's overload alarm sounded a bit similar to the nudge mode alarm you recorded at Quest San Denpasar.
Probably because it is the only alarm that they made for both overload and nudge mode.

I thought that modern mitsibitshi’s would use some sort of voice announchment but appearantly still use an alarm sound instead.
The voice announcement is only available if the elevator has either AAN-G (Voice Guidance System) or AAN-B (Basic Announcement) feature - the latter is usually found in Mitsubishi elevators with a door close chime. If the elevator doesn't have any of those two announcement features, then an alarm sound will only be used when the elevator is experiencing an overloading or nudging.
*AAN-B announcements: Telling passengers to select their desired floor, informing them that a floor is locked/restricted, being apologetic for keeping passengers to wait for a little bit longer when the elevator is very busy, and alerting passengers that the elevator is temporarily interrupted by overloading, nudging, or similar causes. They don't inform passengers about travel direction and current floor.
*AAN-G announcements: Informing passengers about the travel direction and current floor. Some AAN-B announcements may be included as well.

2000s Mitsubishi elevator is Elenessa
Please explain why do you think that elevator is an Elenessa. It can also be a NexWay-S on the other hand
IDLift3000 This one does not have AAN-B
One cannot simply tell a particular Mitsubishi model just by AAN-B or AAN-G. Not all Mitsubishi of this style is an Elenessa, other models are also of this style you know!
