  • Welcome to this Astral Projection | Guided Meditation to Have an Out of Body Experience | Merging Technique. This guided meditation is designed to help you astral travel with ease. I will guide you to a state of mind awake body asleep using yoga nidra (also known as non sleep deep rest or NSDR).
    Once you're in this state of deep conscious relaxation, I will take you through an exit technique to have an out of body experience (OBE or OOBE). There are many OBE exit techniques; this particular one invites you to merge with all that is, with everything, everywhere, all at once.

    This astral travel guided meditation uses the yoga nidra method I learned on Ally Boothroyd's Transformational Sleep course.
    My voice will fall away after about 30 minutes of guidance, allowing you to immerse yourself in binaural beats and continue whatever experience you are having - whether it's deep relaxation, a full out-of body experience or deep sleep.
    The astral projection guided meditation can also be used as a sleep meditation as my voice will not bring you back and you are free to drift in a state of deep sleep. This is astral travel meditation technique is most effective with headphones as it uses binaural beats.

    I was so calm that my body was convulsing. It still is as I type this. When it came to raising myself up I just couldn’t let go. At times my body felt so heavy it caused pain. At one point I had a headache and pressure in the middle of my forehead. I also had itching at different parts of my body. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.

      So the heaviness you feel is because you were slipping your body into sleep mode and the itch is a signal your brain sends to the body to see if you are truly sleep. Best thing to do is ignore it. The vibrations you feel is energy and you are almost there.

    I love your videos and really wanted to love this one too especially since it was a shorter version but it felt rushed and when I was very deeply relaxed, the breaking waves in the video scared me to death.       Wow Rosalie, another gem! I absolutely love these techniques: starting with melting the back body and those body breathing techniques are amazing; I can literally feel the warmth and energy flowing from my palms to my heart and back. I think this is my favorite one. It really helps me relaxing and controlling my nerve pain. Thank you!!!!

    What volume should your headphones be???

      The state you have to be in to AP is "body asleep, mind awake" so I would put it at a volume where it's not too loud that you'd have trouble falling asleep to it, but loud enough that you can hear what she's saying.

    Any suggestions on how to achieve the exit successfully?

      Astral projection just takes time and practice. I would experiment a bit until you find a technique that works for you. It can also happen very unexpectedly, but having OBEs on your mind a lot, reading books and keeping a dream journal (writing in it every day first thing when you wake up) can all help accelerate the process.

      If you're here you're meant to be this can take very long periods of time and there are many things I've read that can help you look into it things like your diet and breath work meditation yoga mudra etc... never give up !!
