Driving Switzerland 🇨🇭 | Nufenen mountain pass 4K Scenic Drive

In today's video we are tackling the mighty Nufenen Pass from the Canton of Valais side.
Nufenen Pass (el. 2478 m.) is the highest mountain pass with a paved road within Switzerland. It lies between the summits of Pizzo Gallina (north) and the Nufenenstock (south).
The pass road from Ulrichen in canton of Valais leads to the Bedretto valley in the canton of Ticino, linking Brig to Airolo. The road is of relatively recent construction, having been opened to motor vehicle traffic only since September 1969.

Not fast enough. You can get up to speeds of 80 to 100kph easily. And you drove the pass at 40 to 50kph for most of it...

Yes, I drove slower than 80 to 100km/h as I was respecting the speed limit. Also, it's a much more enjoyable experience when filming.

@@AdventurousA Yep. I went all out, as hard as my car could go. Until I hit fog at the peak, then I had to slow down to 50kph as I could only see 4 lines ahead of myself on the Ticino side.
