Clay craving is often related to lack of minerals, mostly iron. Give someone enough iron supplies and they will immediately stop the cravings.
Lol no it doesn’t. Mine never went away. I just like earthy tasting crunchy clays.
@@Aya00303 yup same experience.. but unfortunately it's harmful to our health.. i one day tested to eat drywall and i was surprised of how delicious was and smells so good and that sound of crush in mouth so yummy.. but I try not to swallow it, and now i stop to eat it but i'm searching for how to make a edible drywall or chalk or something like that.. that can't dommage our body .. maybe something made of chocolate or rice but have same taste of drywall with the same crush
wait fr???? damn I've been eating clay for 7years now
Vegans after knowing that plants have feeling too 😂

3:01 ❤ felt good after hearing kannada😅❤ @NasDaily love from Karnataka, India ❤
Thanks for ur videos! It made my family trips funner!
The reason you mention, is not the reason why people get addicted. They get addicted because it gives them the feeling of calmness as some of them described too, but it also spikes dopamine levels a bit which makes the brain want to try it again, and over time, no other activity will do the same and feel as good as eating those rocks. Maybe its because of the salt and maybe its because of some other ingredients or a mix of both, but it is not healthy and it is addictive.
Because people don't have enough vitamins in their food and enough money to get them
Now I'm convinced rocks are edible.
My mom, being doctor, said that eating rocks, especially chalk is pernicious anemia
Yes
that 1% mind blowing things made to grow up nasdaily 😂
Thank u nas daily
I love how they have interest in everything and look for it from themselves unlike most of us who randomly look at it and gain interest.
Good gk knowledge Nas daily ! Thank you giving us valuable information 👍
Thank you for interesting movie😊 I'm curious about this rock hardness. I want to know whether or not I can also chew up this rock😯 I want to visit Kazakhstan someday.
Thank you nas brother because your videos so motivation and interesting, 🐯wish you success

As an Indian I can confirm that In India rocks are not a food the video you showed was just of a poor man eating a brick so don't give false knowledge ❤❤😅😅
Yeah exactly
Exactly😂
that indian was addicted to eating bricks even though his mom and everyone around him said not to
True,I’ve sever seen or heard of this kinda thing, the do sell some rocks as “sambu Rani”(in Tamil), but never as a food.
lol exactly
When you don't have money.
Nas Daily: Repeat the video!!!😂😂
In Indonesia, clay is processed into a cake-like food called AMPO and I have tried it, believe it or not, Ampo is delicious
I know right! It's kinda weird, I never tried it,
OMG thanks for sharing. I will ask my Indonesian relatives about it.
Ok it’s processed not a rock.
I love that you didn't judge them or act like they were crazy and genuinely showed interest to their way of of living life. Love from France ❤❤
Love Kazakhstan🇰🇿 from🇹🇯
Iam an Indian living in south part of the country(Andhra Pradesh, telugu) here we use some type of clay called naama pandu (different varieties) ,in Karnataka and in tamil nadu , they call it naama katti. In ancient times and now also many piligrimage sites use them. We dont eat like food but in small quantities like medicine
What are the medical benefits? Does it taste bitter?
But this video is related to carving,In our country (India) ppl eat earthy pots, slate pencil, chalk etc.its just because they have iron n calcium deficiency.
(Sorry for grammatical mistakes).
You mean Suddha mukkka 😁

Hey Nas Daily! Your video about people eating rocks as a snack completely amazed me! I couldn't believe how much time and effort these individuals put into this unusual practice. Your storytelling skills are truly remarkable, as you helped me understand the cultural significance and health benefits behind it. I must say, I love your videos, Nas Daily! Your ability to connect with people and share their stories in such an engaging way is truly admirable. Thank you for bringing us these incredible experiences. What does rocks taste like?
it's great NASDAILY best of luck 🤞🍀
Nice, the chalk and clay does taste good 😃 and if this rocks are edible, salty and has lot of calcium and nutrients then it’s very much good 👍🏻 nice narrating ❤
Yes they do! What we found pretty interesting was that many places in the world consume some form of rocks and clay!
Some people in Kazakhstan eat rocks. Yes, you read that right, rocks! These rocks are made up of clay and you can find them right next to fruits and nuts at local markets. Some people claim that this clay rock is packed with iron, which is great for their health

To me this looks like paradise so much chalk and clayyy
Gotta visit some time
I feel that once it becomes so addictive it creates a problem
I haven’t watched u in such along time!
Yeah
there is a type of rock called fullers earth or bentonite clay (multani mitti) which is commonly used as face mask to solve skin problem and also edible too many people eat it.
Yeah Multani mitti . I use it as a mask but I never knew you can eat it....
Is there a person who only eats rocks? Maybe they have eaten an entire mountain peak.
In my country Uganda we do eat clay too. Its just a craving
😅We eat it in Cameroon and we call it Calaba Chalk. It is a common craving amongst pregnant women. 🙈Powder calaba chalk mix with sugar so nice😂😂.
in pakistan we also eat multani mitti (dirt)
and we also use that dirt for facial benefits
I have eaten a number of different types of chalk and clay. I do have anemia also pica. Currently I have a large bag of belgorod, klamenka, chernigov, and new oskol chalk. I have tried kaolin clay... I don't like the taste or feeling of gritty sand. 🥰
I’m Nigerian and my whole life I never knew this LMAO
People also eat it in INDIA, well i haven't....i have seen people eating it....they call it "nakumatt". It's not actual hard rock....it's like chalk or roasted clay. People don't have it regularly like this...but only eat it for calcium deficiencies and detoxification. I have only seen the gray colored clay available here.
In Kazakhstan also, people eat it for its nutritional value and detoxification purposes
@@NasDaily but they have more money. And they can buy fruit and vegetables or something to get them. When India is more poor country
Where can i get it
Quite normal in Africa, Nigeria to be specific.... baked clay
I also used to eat cement (gray cement ) I love to eat it. I always crave it. I still crave it tho but i also know its not good for our body.
And if anyone thinking why do I eat it? Well that's because cement have calcium. Or maybe it even contain other minerals too. So yeah that's why I love it.
You should go to doctor dear It will Harm your body for the only benefit of calcium you will get Huge Problem in your body too So don't do this plz !
Clay is also eaten in Southeast Nigeria. I have eaten it in the past.
When I was little,i wanted to eat rocks and this is a dream come true
There's some here in Ghana. I'm happy you found this😊

I got this type of pica it’s delicious but expensive so i order edible chalk a few times a year when i start to crave it
Rocks have minerals inside them, which can provide nutrients if eaten properly.
Ya! the south-eastern part of Nigeria also eats rock. they call it 'izu'.
This video got me interested in eating rocks....
Wow now i know what XO TEAM eats in Kazakhstan
Hi nasdaily I'm from India and I noticed people eating clay and whitening teeth, crazy but you are doing amazing job by spreading knowledge and awareness😊
"Yo dude wassup?"
"Fine bro welcome to KFS what ya need?"
"I wanna get stone nuggets"
I want to try it, it seens cool
The answer to why they eat it is actually very simple: they eat it because it’s food
Does that mean Dwayne "the rock" Johnson lives there
FIRST!? - Rather then being a mindless person saying first, I’d like to point out that this creator has a unique skill and personality of sharing unexpected stories around. Interesting how they eat rocks? Life has mysteries sometimes,we’d appreciate it or not. I’m not being careless here by saying first guys, I’d fortunately had to share a personal experience. But what for-it’s good.
