    I’ve got a 2003 Kawasaki ZRX1200R . I just recently mounted my aluminum Two Brothers slip on pipe . Since I finally was able to get a mechanic to install my DynoJet jet kit. My pipe has been in my closet for probably 10 years, no rust just a little dirty. It’s probably one of earlier style Two Brothers pipe with the all aluminum pipe with the aluminum elbow at the end of the pipe. I ran the pipe for probably a month when I first got it several years ago but it popped bad without proper jetting. But now I have the slip on, K&N air filter and DynoJet jet kit all installed. I’m ready to feel and hear the power boost.

    Two brothers made my CBR 150cc starter bike sound like a 300cc. Best pipe for bikes

    Are you able to tell me what diameter exhaust tube the M-2 system locks down on? I have a set of @ Bros M2 mufflers but I need mid-pipe/link pipe connections. Thank you!

    do you guys have a video of the full exhaust of the two brothers
    that show how to disable the SET valve on the GSXR'S mainly the 07's?

    Do you need to remap for just the m2 slip on on a ninja 650?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not really. If just installing a slip-on, you do not need to re-map. -DrewZilla

    Are all the canisters the same size or do they differ depending on bikes types?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      They differ depending on the bike, and keep in mind that even two exhausts that look the same on the outside have different internals depending on the bike for which they're tuned. -DrewZilla

  • @turbo311
    @turbo311 8 ปีที่แล้ว

    Actually, aluminum is lighter than titanium, and titanium is far more durable than aluminum. Is that exhaust can real titanium?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +turbo311 Yes, the titanium can is titanium, the end cap is magnesium, and the headers are stainless steel. -DrewZilla

    got you, thanks, and yup I do understand that part, but if I purchase It, I have the posibility to adapt it to my motorcycle, my question is since this is designed for more than 500cc, is this only because of the size or because in less than 500cc it affects performance? thanks in advance.

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I know they look the same from the outside, but the exhaust internals are different depending on the specific bike. Each exhaust is specifically tuned for the intended bike. Trying to fit an exhaust to a different bike can yield poor performance. It's not based on general engine size. -DrewZilla

  • @Andres-vo5tl
    @Andres-vo5tl 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    would that one work on a Benelli TNT 300? I've read that this one only fits 500cc or more, but what is the reason?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, these exhausts are bike-specific, and Two Brothers does not make anything to fit Benelli motorcycles. -DrewZilla

    Does the m2 fit on a 2003 zx6r? I have it from a 2011 250r and it says it fits on the bike on your site.

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The M2 is just the _style_ of the exhaust. The actual M2 for a 250R is different than the M2 for a ZX6R. They each have different size exhaust tubing to match the headers on the respective bikes. The baffling inside the canisters is also different, as each is tuned to the different engines. The mounting brackets are also different. -DrewZilla

    How hard is it to debaffle two brothers exhaust?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Two Brothers Exhausts don't have typical noise inserts as stock. To remove the metal and fiberglass baffling, you would need to remove the rivets holding the exhaust together. If you remove the metal and fiberglass baffling, you're basically left with an empty canister without any heat suppression. Two Brothers Exhausts are already among the loudest exhausts anyway, so it probably isn't worth disassembling them unless servicing them. -DrewZilla

    I have a 2014 CBR600RR. I want to put a slip-on and a high flow air filter for my bike. Would you recommend the Juice Box if I end up getting Two Bro's slip-on?

    • @SpurgeonDunbar
      @SpurgeonDunbar 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      WaSupKen The official answer from Two Brothers is that you do not have to remap the fuel system of your bike if you are just installing a slip-on muffler. However, that's not what you asked, you asked me what I recommend.
      I have never installed a slip-on exhaust on a bike without rejetting carbs or remapping the ECU and I would recommend the same to you. Most modern bikes have their fueling leaned out to within an inch of their life from the factory. This is due to the rigorous emission regulations required for importation. If it is anything like our R6, your CBR could benefit from a fuel remap as it sits. Like i said said, I would recommend a fuel remap to accompany your new slip-on.
      Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best of luck! If there is anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask!

      Spurgeon Dunbar Great answer. I knew it's recommended to get some kind of fuel management. I just wanted reassurance. Well I called Two Brothers today and told me that they don't support the Juice Box for my bike. I guess I'm just going to have to go with the Power Commander.

      WaSupKen Bazzaz is another company to check out in addition to Dynojet. They make a controller for your bike as well: www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/bazzaz-z-fi-fuel-controller-honda-cbr600rr-2013-2015
      Good luck with the new exhaust!

    What's the difference in M2 and M5?

    • @RevZilla
      @RevZilla  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      The M5 canister is longer and tends to be for fewer, older bikes from the early 2000s. The M2 canister is shorter and is available for a lot more bikes. -DrewZilla

    OK, so "you don't recommend a FULL system exhaust without some sort of fuel tuning" - but didn't mentioned it with slip-ons ?! Can I buy TwoBros M2 slip-ons and "gain all that performance benefits"? I doubt. By installing just cans on bike it will run lean, hesitate, pop, stall... then you have to splurge a couple hundred for power commander... and you still have straight-through exhaust, then you need to buy "power tips" (love the name)- which are simple piece of aluminum that costs $35 a piece. How it's called "system" if you MUST buy more stuff to get it complete. And nobody mentioned it! Well, once you get it all, must feel like idiot paying at least 10% of your bike value just to loudly let everyone else know how you get ripped off ! But, you gain extra 2-3 horse power , and that will give you an edge you need in your daily commute.
